My shower doors are glass and frameless. The door was banging against the other glass panel, so I called Jason Walker at RTP Sower Doors to fix the problem. Jason showed up on time and came in and gave me an explanation as to why the door was causing problems. Jason looked like he was more preoccupied with conning me to have a bigger and more expensive job than fixing my actual problem. He took out a few Allen wrench crews and replaced them with cross tip screws; then he removed a cushion from the hinge and replaced it with what he said was a new one. The door was not great, but it stopped banging. I paid Jason $125 for 5 minutes of work. I did not think what he did was worth that much but if it fixed my problem so be it. Less than 48 hours after Jason left, my door started banging worse than it was before he came. I called Jason and asked him to come back and look at the door since I had already paid him to do the work. He said he was working in Charlotte and could not come out until the following Monday. I contacted Jason on Monday and he stated he was feeling sick and could not do the work that day. I said ok and I asked him when he could do the work and he said he would be in contact with me soon. I heard nothing from Jason so I contacted him, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. What? I told him I was tired of his excuses and my glass shower door was now an urgent matter as those heavy glass pieces were clanging together and could possibly shatter and injure my family or me. Then he called me (angry and unprofessional) and stated his business was over with me and hung up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS GUY IS A JOKE. Shop around before you even think about bringing this guy into your home to just do more damage. Do not waste your money on Jason Walker at RTP Shower Doors. There are many other companies out there that are more professional and better than this guy. Then he talked about doing bigger projects for me; If I could not trust this guy to fix a simple shower door (something any kid could do) why in the heck would I trust him to do any larger projects. What a joke this company is! Run do not walk!

Jason knows his work and is excellent. The problem is using Home Advisor for payment hence the four star nested of 5 star for customer service. I called Home Advisor with no help. You cannot use your computer, the only way to pay is by phone and the people at Home Advisor are very hard to understand even thou they say the number is in Denver.

Jason did an amazing job resuscitating our geriatric shower door (same day service no less) and giving us information on the process for replacement. We will definitely be using this company going forward.
