Pro Tech I went to for many years, they are excellent. It's just a small independent service place but the thing I liked about them was that they never overcharge or try to do something that was not necessary. I used them up until about 3 months ago when we moved.

I used them up until about 3 months ago when we moved. I've never in all the years I went to them had any complaints. They don't look for things to find wrong. You go in there, you you got a problem and they fix that problem. They also hook your car up and check everything out to make sure there's not something else functioning. They have an excellent service.

We've used him several times for our cars and have always been very happy with the level of service and professionalism.

The car was not brought in for basic maintenance. The car had a few indicator lights going off on the dash board. We were worried that the car was due for major repairs. Thankfully, the mechanic did a thorough check beyond the traditional code following. So, rather than paying for something that wasn't necessary, we got what we needed to get the lights off, as well as other much needed basic maintenance.

They were very up front with everything. They even gave me an option where I could get the work done cheaper, but it would have meant I would've been without a car for week. Always felt like i was treated fairly and never thought I was getting the shaft. I had done some research because i thought that it was a bad catalytic converter before I went in and honestly expected to pay double. The prices were very reasonable. Labor was charged at a reasonable rate and they guaranteed their work. I'm definitely going to go back.

This was the first time that I used Pro Tech after recommendation by a friend. My Jeep wouldn't start, wouldn't jump off, just clicking so I had to have it towed to Pro Tech. They diagnosed the problem, quoted a price and asked for authorization to do the repair. It was finished within 3 hours and the Jeep cranks like it's new. I'm happy with the service.

They never over charge and I've never had a problem like I have at dealerships with doing work wrong and having a continuing problem. They definitely know what they are doing. Wade runs the company and I've gotten to know him personally. He oversees the work that is done there. They test out everything and they will let me know ahead of time if there is something coming up that I will need to replace the next time. He's just very reliable. I would definitely recommend them to others. The professionalism stands out and the quality of their work is excellent.

Pro Tech has taken care of my automobiles for a long time. They are excellent and never do anything that they don't need to do. They are honest and I really appreciate that. I have a fairly new car and the check engine light was on recently. They were honest enough to tell me that someone had just forgotten to reset the light during the last oil change and he simply reset it free of charge.

We are very pleased with the service. He usually gets to us relatively fast. I have no complaints whatsoever.

He is very honest, his prices are reasonable. When I take my car there I know that I am getting an honest assessment and he tries to save me money.
