Description of Work: Another trade discovered that when our house was built (30+ year ago) the builder sheetrocked over an HVAC vent. He recommended that we engage MBT to solve this problem. Within a day of my contacting them, MBT sent out two men who cut an opening in the sheetrock precisely in the right spot, fashioned a vent boot from sheet metal, installed a vent cover, and left the area cleaner than they found it. They were prompt, highly competent, and efficient. I will not hesitate to use MBT again.

Description of Work: We purchased a service contract to cover twice yearly inspections of furnace and air conditioning units. Both inspections were done on a timely manner, inspectors arrived on prearranged dates and times; gave us excellent service and office followed up with survey call. We have purchased another yearly contract with MTB Mechanical.

Description of Work: Brandon came to perform our heating maintenance, and was right on time. He did a great job, and found an issue (documented with a photo) and fixed it after getting my ok. Also made some recommendations to avoid future expensive repairs, without a hard sell. Overall, they continue to do the job.
