After two visit my units were still not up to par. They kept encouraging me to purchase a new unit. I ended up using another service provider who was able to relieve the pressure in the line and thus improve the (heat) air flow. I think MTB could have just told me they don't work on that type of unit instead of telling me to purchase a new unit.

LT Baker came out and spend alot of time with me. Answered al my questions and coming back and giving my husband additional information. We wanted to buy a Highbridge unit and Mr Baker said we should get another unit that is much cheaper and it was going to fit our needs better. The men that came out did a wonderful job and it looked like they have worked together for years.

I have used MTB Mechanical throughout the last several years and am very pleased with how quickly they respond to my call, as well as how quickly they find the problem and fix it. The employees in the office as well as the service technicians are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again.

I wasn't all that impressed with MTB.

I contacted MTB after being told by another company that we needed to replace our furnace and 5 year old AC. The sales guy Landon came out to give us an estimate and suggested that we contact the service desk to get a free second opinion b/c of some misinformation given by the other company. Landon provided us an estimate to replace the furnace and one to replace the furnace and AC which was well below the other company. The service guy came out the next day and checked our furnace, evaporator coil and AC and determined that we didn't need to replace the units. The furnace had some damage from a previous issue and there were some items that he suggested we replace and if we were going to spend the money to replace those items we should just replace the furnace for cost effectiveness. We definitely did not need to replace the coil as the other company stated or the AC. So glad I called MTB!!! The service guy was fantastic and took the time to show me the pictures of the furnace and answer all of my questions. We will definitely use them going forward for ANY of our HVAC needs.

These guys are amazing. I called in the morning and they had someone out that afternoon. Every single employee I interacted with was polite, professional, punctual, informative, and thorough. They had to order a part for our system and expected five days to receive it; it came the next morning and they installed it that afternoon. I wish all service companies would model themselves after these guys. In a few years when we have to replace the system with one of the proper size, we will definitely be using them. The $89 service call seems a bit high, but I'm completely willing to pay it for this level of service.

They did the heating and air in this house and that’s why we called them back. They were very good and very reasonable.

My experience with them was very good; I was satisfied. They were here on time and were quick to do the job. I did not compare their prices.

They’re responsive. Their price is not good but it's competitive because I checked them out. So I cannot complain.

He diagnosed corroded and leaking evaporator coil in the AC unit. He was able to order part and have it fixed within 1 week. The unit never failed and we did not have to go without AC. We have used them before and will continue to use them. They have always been professional and shown respect for us and our home. They always put covers over their shoes before entering our home. They always treat us and our curious little boys with the utmost respect - answering all they boys questions and not minding the audience while they are working. We would recemmend them for HVAC work.

They have good quality and their price is reasonable. I would use them again in the future. Overall, they're excellent.

They showed up on time, Rich was a professional and gave me a detailed explanation of what the issue was. I purchased a service plan from them.

.I used to work for an engineering firm that was flooded with calls during heavy heat periods in summer, so I knew when we had a problem on Saturday night on one of the hottest days of the year, we were in for a wait. We called MTB based on proximity to our house, and also the reviews that were listed on Angieslist. Sure enough, at 8:00 pm they were swamped, but they took our name, address and phone numbers and told us they would get back to us as within 30 minutes. About 45 minutes later, we called back, and they said they still had not talked to anyone to give the call to - to wait again and they would call us. We received a call back about 30 minutes later from a "Josh", who said he was booked until 3 am, and they would give us a call in the morning at 8:30. Fine, we said - no problem - understanding it was the worst day of the year to need service. The next morning, after 9 o'clock, we still had not received a call to tell us where we were on their call list. We called them - and here the problem started - they did not have any of our information on any list, and they had no one working there named "Josh". Then they said that we would be at least two days away for any service at all. Now, I understand swamped; I understand confused information during an incredibly busy weekend. I don't understand how they could have not had any of our information from the night before on an emergency call. I also do not understand the unapologetic attitude of the dispatcher on Sunday morning. I will never use this company for anything again - that is inexcusable.

They were the best AC guys I have ever had. They were efficient and friendly. Those guys were awesome.

Did a fine job. Technician showed up on time and was very thorough. He checked all the things I asked him to double check in addition to the routine maintenance contract. Very pleasant.

They showed up on time. Was given an estimate on replacement of a gaspack unit. Unfortunately the esitmate was high and went with another company.

Don't recall the amount; however, they were excellent. Heat went out on a Sunday. They responded to my call within 10 minutes and followed with someone on-site within the hour. They re-started the unit fan. Explained that the fan could continue to run without issue indefinitely or it could stop again. They explained that there is no way of predicting, but gave me an option to leave it alone vs. spending $1,500 to replace. I chose to take my chances and they understood.I would highly recommend this company!

I have used MTB's Priority Customer Savings Agreement since 2009, when they installed a completely new Lennox system for AC & gas heat at my home. The repair took a few hours because they had to take apart the system (the inside unit) to disconnect and remove the condenser coil (made of copper pipes with fins. It cools the air which then is blown out through the ducts.) Lennox covered the cost of the condenser coil, but not the labor to replace it. MTB quoted $713 before doing the work, and that's exactly what I paid when it was completed. I got a discount on the parts because I pay an annual fee for their "Priority Customer Agreement". This gives me 15% savings. I have been very happy with MTB. All of their personnel are very professional and courteous.

MTB Mechanical Inc MTB Mechanical Inc, had put in a dual tower kegerator dual for $20,000, which is a dual heat dual power generator system. We have used them for the pass year and a half, we have a service agreement with them and they come out twice a year. They will be here pretty soon. They gave good customer service but, we weren't eligible for a rebate that they had told us that we would be eligible so they gave us the money.

I signed a contract with them last year, and they even called me to remind me this year that I was due to get my units inspected! The technician came by, told me what was wrong, what I didn’t need, and what I might need down the road. I felt like MTB was honest and upfront. I requested the same technician that did my furnace to do my air conditioner, which they worked out. Everything has been good!

Bobby was very professional. When he arrived, he did a walk-thru of the upstairs and attic, listened to my concerns, and then went straight to work on trying to determine what was causing my issue. The 4 year old upstairs unit had been running continuously since the sun came up, but wasn't able to keep up with outside temps above 75 degrees. Most people would've just added refrigerant, but Bobby noted that the compressor amperage was erratic, and there was a cyclical clicking noise coming from it. He couldn't tell if the refrigerant was low, because the compressor was clearly failing and the needle on his gauge was jumping around. However, suspecting that there was a refrigerant leak, he took a sniffer up to the attic to the most likely component where a leak would occur. Sure enough, the evaporator coil was leaking. And as he was doing all of this, he was also educating me in the process. I knew we had a problem, and I've had coils & compressors replaced before. But never has somebody spent the time to explain it all and demonstrate the specific problem areas like he did. He went to the extra effort to determine the root cause of the problem instead of just fixing a symptom. Our unit, as it turned out, was still under warranty, so all we had to pay for was labor and certain materials, such as refrigerant, that the warranty didn't cover. The cost was perfectly reasonable. It took two visits -- one to perform the troubleshooting and one to install the compressor and coil 2 days later. Bobby handled it from beginning to end, following up by phone exactly as promised, and arriving exactly as scheduled. Upon completion, he cautioned me that it might take 24 hours for the A/C to catch up & cool the upstairs (it was an 85 degree day in March), so I was prepared for a warm evening. However, the upstairs was completely cool by 6pm, just a few hours after he left. Job very well done by an outstanding professional.

The service went well. I think he might be a little bit more expensive, but it is worth it.

I called MTB Mechanical to do a simple check-up on my air system before the summer heat came. It was not working properly. The worker pumped my 1 year old system with a ton of freon and then charged me $1,000. I called management to complain because the worker refused to look for a leak before pumping all the freon in my system. The manager, Jeremy, came out to check for a leak. He found none. No one could explain why I needed so much freon. My air conditioning still did not work properly. He refused to refund me or to come and fix the air conditioning. I ended up having to call another company, who found the problem and fixed it. Additionally, to no surprise, they told me there was way too much freon in my system. I will never call MTB Mechanial again. In fact, they stole $1,000 from me.
