Description of Work: They saved me a lot of money on a new AC system that another company had specified I needed, I called this company to verify and they assured me that I did not need a new unit. They serviced my system and it is running great. They were professional, informative, and most importantly they are honest.

Description of Work: They sensed a problem with the system and would not give up until they got to the bottom of it. It turns out that it was a manufacturer defect. Unfortunately, it was beyond the warranty period, but I believe that they tried to make up for it by spending a lot longer on the project at no extra charge.
