Weather Master has worked on my Comfort maker a/c several times, most recently this summer. My a/c has been a terrible headache over the past 3 years even though the house is only 5 years old. At one point, we'd had technicians from six or seven different companies come out and either "fix" it or insist nothing was wrong, but it was obviously not functioning properly. However, as soon as the tech from Weather Master looked at the system, he figured out what was wrong within 30 minutes or so. Now I don't want anyone else to touch my a/c. This past summer when it had problems again, the technician spotted the problem right away and fixed it quickly. He even showed me in the attic what the problem was and showed me how to tell if it was happening again. I wish we could just rip the whole thing out and start from scratch with a new system, but at least I know who I can call when there are problems.

They are fine. I thought the knowledge of the person seemed like on the job training. He knew what he needed to do, but it didn't seem he had great depth of heating and air conditioning.

They did an okay job. They had to come back 3 times to get it right but they didn't try to charge us anything extra and everything works just fine now.

The end results from Weather Master was fine, but it did however, take them four separate visits to figure out what the problem was and I felt the cost was quite excessive. They arrived each time, on time, and were nice enough folks. The job they did turned out well and the A/C unit runs like new again.

This company had replaced another unit few years ago so when this one started to go, I called them. They said it couldn't be fixed and was out of code since it was so old and the codes had changed. I called them on a Friday and they were able to come out Monday with the new one and set it up. Their price might be a little high but they do very good work and I feel better knowing that the new unit is safer.

They found a very small hole in the compressor, and shut our heat off during cold weather. They were required by law to do so (due to possibility of Carbon Monoxide poisoning). However, we got a 2nd opinion and the other HVAC company could not find the small hole.

In the past Weather Master has done a good job for us both at our home and at our office. We have used them for the past 7 years or more. Only twice did we have a problem and both were on our home units. The first time they sent out a new technician and she froze our air conditioning lines and system. The second time they sent out someone who had been a technician for over 5 years. He forgot to put a plug back in the system in the attic. The plug he left off allowed gas to accumulate in the attic. When we turned on the heart for the first time that winter, the system burst into flames and almost burned down our home. They completely replaced the HVAC system in the attic and added some extra duct to another room for free. We are still using them because the new system came with a 10 year contract. They are very careful to only send their best man to our home now.

Weather Master installed my home a/c units (new construction w. 6/04 closing). When units did not work this April, I telephoned for a service call. They did not respond! The builder requested I telephone the co. in July to let owner know I had no response and had called a competitor who repaired a/c. Their response - we will come now (2 1/2 months later) and bill you to look at a now-working unit!

THEY WERE THE ONES THAT ORIGINALLY INSTALLED THE FURNACE. THEY OFFERED US THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BECAUSE IT WOULD SAVE US MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. I FEEL IT IS A FAIR PRICE.

I FEEL THAT THEY PROVIDE A VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THEY TAILORED EVERYTHING TO MY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND NEEDS. I WANTED A SYSTEM THAT WOULD MEET ALL OF THE NEW ENERGY EFFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR TAX DEDUCTION PURPOSES AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
