Description of Work: ECS called the morning of the job and arrived right on time. They walked the house first to let me know exactly what was needed and any options or additional charges. They got right to work cleaning the ducts, took about two hours for my 2 story home with 2 HVAC units. They also cleaned out my dryer vent, which looked to have never been done before. Josh and Dave were professional and happy to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up once they were done and left no trace of their work. Very happy and hope this fixes my dust issues! Thanks!

Description of Work: These guys were great, very honest with me and even offered to find me the right person for the work I need done. My situation is, my house has a drooping corner and a fellow from Ramjack suggested in passing that besides fixing the foundation a Vapor Barrier eventually might help. EC&RS came out when I asked if they also did water proofing to take a look and noted that the vapor barrier wouldn't be of help. Jeremy, the owner, who was not present for the call is currently trying to help me find someone reputable to do the waterproofing. I appreciate that as there's a long list of people to call but I have no clue who is reputable or not and who is reasonable. EC&RS seems like honest people and if the work I ever require falls into their realm of expertise, I would call them first.

Description of Work: I got a coupon for them to clean the vent. The guys who came were nice and soda good job. The reason that I gave them a low rating is because the guys reeked of cigarette smoke, and the smell lingered for several hours after they left. I am more sensitive to the smell than some, so it may not bother you.
