Description of Work: Came out, estimated the cost it would take to do the job "right," which came out to way more than the discount the deal provided. It's a scam. Then installed the vapor barrier. I bought another deal for them to do an assessment and they suggested I get a "real" vapor barrier (I don't think they knew they were the ones that installed the first one). Then won't return my calls or provide me any information. And now Angie's List will not refund my money. I would not suggest using Angie's List OR this provider.

Description of Work: 2 nice young men cleaned my dryer vent. They did it professionally and quickly. |I can't see inside to know that it's clean, but they said they removed a large amount of lint, and cleaned the vent on the roof. Maybe now the laundry will dry more efficiently.

Description of Work: It went very well as far as the cleaning went - but they did not close the gate to my back yard and I forgot to check. My dog got out for the first time. | | I did not even know she was gone until I got a call from a neighbor that they had my dog. Her dog tag has my phone numbers on it. Fortunately Molly went up the street and she did not end up as road kill on 73 or Poplar tent. If this neighbor was not on her front porch watching her kids play, I would not be so lucky. I don't know if I would use this provider in the future. | |
