Description of Work: I purchased a crawl space inspection as part of one of the daily deals and could not be more pleased. Dave called ahead, was on time both of the times he came to the house. His inspection was very thorough and he took pictures to explain to me in a great amount of detail what his recommendations were. He explained what items needed to be addressed right away, and which ones could wait. The final costs ended up coming in below his original estimate. I would highly recommend Dave, and plan to use him in the future for other services!

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal. They came out and hauled junk out of my basement and hazardous chemicals. They usually charge extra for the chemicals but as no one informed me of this ahead of time, they didn't add an extra charge. They disassembled a large broken outdoor umbrella and hauled it away as well. They moved out the things I asked them to remove and let me know when I was coming up on the weight limit.

Description of Work: We had them come to clean out the fireplace and came to find out that the fireplace was a fire hazard. There was nothing connected to the gas line. We immediately had it fixed. I thought everything went smoothly and the gentleman was outstanding.

Description of Work: I contracted for a duct cleaning. This was following having a lot of repair work done. The servicemen were very nice, professional & prompt. They talked to me about an additional service of a furnace cleaning for $300. I got a modified service for $100. The reason for the poor ratings is that once I turned my unit (fan, then furnace) on a lot of debris was blown out of my vents, indicating to me than the cleaning was less than effective. The ducts had been open in my crawlspace & if dirt & bits of insulation are evident in my house I have to wonder about the level of microscopic particles that have been blown in. And that is why I contracted for the service to begin with.
