Description of Work: Pressure washed the deck and sealed it. It went off without a problem. I knew it was going to cost more than the deal but it was reasonable so we were happy.

Description of Work: INITIAL SERVICE CALL WAS LAST WEEK OF JANUARY 2015.. PROBLEM RESOLVED MARCH 18. WAS NOT KEPT UPDATED DURING DELAYS..EXPLANATION OF DELAY TO GET PARTS DID NOT MAKE SENSE. TECHNICIAN WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO KEEP CONTACTING COMPANY WHEN RESOLUTION DATES WERE NOT KEPT. TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. THERE WAS STILL SOME WATER IN THE REFRIGERATOR..MUCH LESS BUT HOPE IT WAS FIXED!!

Description of Work: They did a wonderful job - I had had them come out and do my vapor barrier just a few days before, and then asked them to come back and do attic and crawl space insulation. They were pleasant, punctual, cleaned up well afterwards and did a great job.

Description of Work: Cleaned out our dryer vent. We had a bird make a nest in the vent of the house we just bought. We busted it up ourselves and cleaned it out, however wanted a professional cleaning... just in case. They got all kinds of additional junk out of our vent system. Now we can run the dryer once and the clothes are dry. Definitely worth the service.

Description of Work: I paid for a dryer vent cleaning over a month ago through an Angies List offer--and still have yet to be contacted. I was told if be contacted in three days. Not such a great deal.

Description of Work: The firm cleaned the vents, sanitized air passages and treated with a mildicide. | |They installed a UV Light and agreed to return annually to replace bulb. | |The electrical work they did caused failure in other areas of the house. They could not figure out how to remedy the problem. They also left with one of my extensions cords. | |I had to spend $250.00 with an independent electrician to trace and fix the problem. I called to complain about the extra expense and the cord. They offered to return the cord and would talk to their boss about the extra electrical expense I incurred. Have not seen nor heard from them since.
