Description of Work: horribly overpriced and rude

Description of Work: Nothing. Appeared they were here to justify crawl space remediation and there was no need. I wanted them to determine whether down spout, gutters, and run-off were done properly to move water away from the crawl space AS STATED IN THEIR OFFER. They conducted a "crawl thru" in the crawl space & did nothing else.

Description of Work: I used Environmental Cleaning & Restoration Solutions for dryer vent cleaning services.

Description of Work: The company was easy to work with to set up my cleaning. However, I was disappointed after they left realizing how little they did. | |2 gentlemen arrived, and were here for exactly 15 minutes. To my knowledge, they did not pull the dryer out from the wall, they did not use a vacuum of any kind (unless it was silent). They did go up on the roof. I was expecting a whole lot more, but, it happened so quickly that I didn't have time to react.

Description of Work: They measured my deck and rail to be cleaned even though I told them to forget the rail. My deck is large. He came up with $550 not to mention the $199 I already paid which showed up on my credit card a week before they came. I said no to the $550 and he said the decking only to be cleaned. I said yes. The extra payment was then to be $384. I watched them clean and noticed they did not move my grill and lawn chair from an obvious smaller section totally attached to the main deck. Then I watched them clean the rail! He came to my door to say they had cleaned the rail (yes?) and then confessed that he had not noticed the smaller piece of deck and had not measured it but would clean it anyway at no extra charge. Of course he should have. They came back about two hours later to seal the deck and used a friggin hand sprayer. I heard one guy say something and the response from the sprayer guy was something like too late it is wet now. Like he missed a huge spot. My deck does not look like it was sealed. A couple of people have mentioned it. Water does not bead up but puddles. Threw their card away and would never refer them. They were trying to rip me off from the beginning. I expected to pay more than $200 but not $700+ they initially suggested.

Description of Work: It was not clear on the original price that it only included 10 feet of cleaning.

Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning. After the left there was stills lot of lint in my lint collector in the dryer. I would have thought that would be removed.
