It saved me from buying a new dryer. they cleaned everything. I am not going to wait and use them every two years. It saved me from buying a dryer. they did give me a deal. Even though it was more. I guess they do it by the inch. They gave me a deal because it was more than what the deal I bought was for. I did have to pay a little more because they had to go by the inch. I was 10 or 15 inches over so I think I paid like $75.00. I was very happy with them.

I hand 13 ducts cleaned which was within the deal per the lady that scheduled the appt. I was running a little last but they waited for me which I thank you so much. The only problems I have is there was not any mention of treatment and cleaning of main system which is extra. Also, my ducts where stuck and he cut the dry wall and every on has to replaced or fixed due to blade marks. He also broke the plate around the plug with his hose that was dropped and didn't tell me but I saw him. I'm not mad but it's more work for me. Josh, just be more careful and find another tool. 13 ducts plus treatment =350 + repairs

Josh and Rob came to clean out our very filthy air duct system after moving into our new house. I reacted to the massive amount of pet hair and dander the previous owners neglected to clean. Their expertise in cleaning air ducts was welcomed! They did a PHENOMENAL job and worked very hard for several hours making sure everything was done well. They had great attention to detail, very courteous and professional. Laurin, the owner, has a great crew and I also appreciate her amazing customer service and desire to make sure I was well informed about the whole process.

He was completely punctual but was just too high of a price compared to the deal that I purchased.

The worker was professional and the difference was night and day. He did the entire deck including the underside and put down water sealant. It's like we have a new deck.

If I recall there was really nothing that I disliked in particular. I think, I do recall that there were some items that were included our Angie?s List purchase. I think the individual, the technician that came out didn?t realize that the items were included. So, he was going to try and charge us extra. We kind of had to confirm that the additional items were included in the Angie?s List purchase. Once they realized that everything was fine. They did the additional work, but there was a little confusion at first.

Initial price was fine but only covered first 10 ft and charged extra $10 per foot over the base footage which was another 15 feet. Which was not mentioned in the advertisement. A little bait and switch..

Josh and his teammate did an excellent job and made sure the vent was cleaned by running their tool from both ends of the vent. We bought this service on an Angie's List special which covered cleaning for 10 feet of vent. We found the cost for additional feet to be quite high ($10 per FOOT), but Josh gave us a 20% discount (I think because he was embarrassed at the high cost).

OK. The deal cost $175, which I paid at the time it was booked. However, it was only for 12 air vents and I needed 13 done (an extra $10). Twelve vents is a ridiculously small limit for a 1700 sqft home. It would have been 14 but access with limited to the 14th. The dryer cleaning cost an extra $80 because of additional exhaust length and then another $250 to clean the blower/housing on the A/C unit. Then, if I used a charge card instead of check, there was an additional charge (percentage).

This crew came in at half the price of other vent cleaning guys. They were in and out in a half hour, on time and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use again.
