Description of Work: I used the advertised special for the deck restoration service. The deck off my condo unit did not exceed the 200 square feet that the special offered for $199. I purchased the condo for a rental property and the deck had not been cleaned or sealed for years. Service was scheduled; I was contacted by Dave in advance to confirm time/location; he showed within minutes of time planned; called me while on site to update me with the condition of the deck (which he stated was good and did not require any other maintenance- Honesty appreciated); and finished leaving the deck looking almost brand new (I was impressed). I plan to continue to use this service in the future and with all other needs for investment properties.
