Appointment was for 2pm, showed up at 11am. I was still at work, wife was home. I really don't know what he did as I was not there. Hopefully he cleaned the dryer vent. Did not get any follow-up call telling me the results and if there were any problems. IF he did inspect my crawl space, I received no report of that either. Owner later called me and during our conversation he said that if I gave a favorable review, he would send me a Starbucks gift card. So it appears they are trying to buy favorable reviews. Very disappointing experience.

The workers showed up on time, spent 9 hours cleaning our house, cleaned up after themselves, were very friendly, and we were very pleased. We found them through an Angie's List offer of 1/2 price for a 2500 sq.foot house. Ours was bigger than that, but we agreed to pay for the footage beyond the offer. Muriel Welborne

A little confused about the times when the workers would come to do the job. They came on a wed and started the job but left due to rain. We returned from vacation confused about what had been done. The workers returned first thing Monday morning. Workers were unfamiliar with me and weren't completely sure about the job they'd been hired to do. (Didn't know if they were supposed to clean out gutters). The workers discarded their cigarette butts in my yard and after asking for water then left my empty bottles in the yard. Owner came to check on the job and walk it with me. I was very pleased with the work. Jeremy had mentioned that he would be back by Friday to touch up some small areas where the paint chipped away. Today is Monday and I've not heard from Jeremy.

Brock and Zach did a great job pressuring washing our house. They were very professional making sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. I look forward to calling them again.

I contracted to have a Big Deal air duct cleaning done for my new house (new to me, it was built in 2003). ECRS did a terrific job with that; they were friendly, punctual, and proficient in their task, and Dave was a great guy to talk with about my HVAC system. His supervisor, Jeremy, was also very friendly. I felt a bit swarmed by salesmen at one point, but there never was a tremendous level of pressure to buy anything I was not comfortable with. Thanks for your work!

David called a little ahead of time stating that he was finished with previous job and asked if it was convenient for him to come out early. I was very happy for him to come early. He asked me whether or not I had read the fine print on the coupon . . specifically that the Big Deal was good for 10' of dryer line. Of course, I hadn't paid particular attention to that so when he measured the line and found out it was 23', he told me it would be an additional $130 to the $69 I had already paid. He then offered to call the office to see if we could work something out to reduce the cost. I was very pleased when they offered an additional 15% off and only charged $100. David did a thorough job and showed me where I needed a covering over my outside vent to prevent birds from entering there. He also informed me of some other services his company performs in case we need their help in the future. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this company.

Since I have used Jeremy for carpentry work in the past, I know I can totally trust him in my home. For the duct cleaning, I left him access to a key and he just went in and did the work. He is meticulous about cleaning up after his work. Does really good work for a fair price. You won't be disappointed.

The technicians, David and Jerry, were punctual and professional. They immediately got to work, and were careful to clean up after themselves when they were finished. I purchased a $99 coupon (Angie's List promo) to have the air ducts cleaned. In addition, I wanted to have the dryer vent cleaned which was an additional $150.00. They recommended a sanitizing spray for the vents to help with allergens and bacteria (additional $100). I decided to give it a try considering my husband suffers from allergies. The sanitizing treatment is supposed to be good for eight months, so time will tell if it helps. I'm hoping my husband can tell a difference. In addition, Jerry kindly offered to replace my air filter while he was cleaning out the air ducts. They did offer to clean our compressor for an additional $85, but given we get regular service on our a/c unit I didn't see a need. Total spent was $350 ($99 + $250 for the additional services). Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to others.

ECS arrived at our scheduled time. The employees were neatly dressed and respectful. The equipment was clean and they were very helpful in explaining the importantance of keeping dryer vent and airducts clean. The service they preformed helps to keep keep mold and allergens out of my home. I had the whole house cleaning done and ECS gave me a great discount. ECS also installed a vapor barrier in the crawl space of my home to prevent future mold and mildew issues. I had a great experience with ECS and recommending them to all my friends.

I called Environmental Cleaning and Restoration Services and they came out within one day to inspect my air ducts and gave me an estimate for the cleaning. They offered to perform the services right then and I agreed. It took three hours and did not interfere or interrupt anything else going on within our home. I was very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They were very professional as well as efficient.
