It went very well. They were great. They came out and looked at it, gave me the price and said they could do it. I thought that the owner was very polite and went out of his way to do anything. I had a question about this or that and he was fine with it. He was very professional.

Two men arrived on time. Removed furniture from the deck as identified in services. They did not neatly place the deck furniture on the lawn and they disassembled the glass top table and placed the glass on top of shrubs. When moving the gas grill which has flex hose, they moved it too far and bent the permanent copper tubing. They did not replace the furniture saying the coating had to dry over night. They did left the hot tub cover very dirty with over spray from the pressure washing and did not remove the residue from the pressure washing on the concrete area adjacent to the deck. There was any area on the deck beyond the railing that they did not pressure wash. They did not replace trash cans, etc. that they moved to get access to perform work.

It was wonderful. We had a little bit of a false start because of the weather (it was pouring rain), but they came over after it cleared up. They were here a long time. They really spent a lot of time and were very thorough on the job. They were very aware of not just stripping all the paint that we had. Additionally, they washed some deck chairs for us. Everything looks wonderful. They really made a statement with the quality of the work. To top it all off, they were very friendly and it was nice to deal with such pleasant people. Wayne and Josh were simply great.

I purchased a "Summer Garage Clean-Out" deal for $149 and was very happy with the work these guys did. They came out, were very professional and thorough. They took everything out of the garage, cleaned and pressure washed and then put everything back into the garage in an organized fashion. I had them do a bit of additional pressure washing as well, which was the additional cost. I would definitely use them again - and may even have them come back to do vent clean out soon!

Deal as advertised covers 200 sq feet of deck with $1 for each additional square foot. Agent arrived and his calculations were inflated. For example, a rectangular 22' x 12' deck was incorrectly measured as 22' x 16'. The handrails are not solid ( 1.5" slats and 3.5" space ), but were treated as though they were for an additional 132 sq ft. With 15' for the stairs, his total calculation was 500 sq feet which was much higher than it should have been. There were other red flags and bait and switch up-sale attempts such as a pre-coating that could have been potentially another $1000. The technician needed to 'call his boss' on a couple of items including whether or not he could leave an Olympic stain chart (from Lowe's) so that my wife could look at the stain colors. Based on the overinflated deck measurements, and the substantially higher overall cost, we do not want to work with this company.

I called the phone number mentioned in the deal to schedule an appointment. When I told them my location, they seemed unsure about coming out to provide the service. They said that they will call me back to schedule and I never got a call back. attempted to call again a couple of times to make sure that they are just not interested in doing the job, but never got answered. I called Angie's list for a refund a while back and I was told that, a similar deal will be searched for me and I should be getting a call about one soon. I never did get that call. I called today just to get a refund and I was told about this form.

They pressure cleaned the house, they were on time, courteous, and worked hard from9:30 am until 4. They also cleaned the outside of the gutters and got rid of all the black residue. The house looks great! Highly recommend!

The company came as promised which was on a Saturday and they were on time. They called 30 minutes ahead to let us know they were on the way. They came in and explained the process of how they were going to complete the job. The deal was for 12 vents and up to 10 ft for the dryer vent cleaning. I had one extra vent for an additional $10. The dryer vent was about 8 ft longer and that was another additional $80. He let us know the additional cost up front. They did a good job of cleaning the vents and cleaned up afterwards. They were very nice and professional.

They removed everything from the garage, removed all cobwebs, swept and scrubbed the floor. In addition, they took all the trash to the dump. When finished cleaning they returned all the things I was keeping to the garage and arranged those things that the could. Excellent job.

I received an email within hours of purchasing my deal. Kylle, the technician, called me right away and set up an appointment to come out the following Friday afternoon. He was scheduled to come at 2:00 but he called to see if he could come early to get the cleaning done so the deck would have time to dry. Kyle was on time,very professional and very nice. He ended up working until about 8:30 p.m. But he finished the job! The deck looks great, I would highly recommend this company and Kyle for Anyone needing this type of work done..

Service provider arrived on time, did as promised, left premise neat/tidy and was very pleasant and thorough.

The company was on time, they are very professional, Dave and Cam were very knowledgeable and informative. It was a very big job and took them 3 days to complete.

The employees were very informative and professional upon arrival. They seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Both Wayne and Dave were very alert and aware of their surroundings all day, finishing the job within the two days Jeremy had projected the job would take. Since the job was finished i have had no further problems in my crawlspace and the drain seems to be working perfectly. I will definitely use Environmental Cleaning again in the future!!

Very professional. Explained everything in the process and made recommendations. Recommended since I had 2 dogs that I get a sanitizing treatment, which I did. That only added $60 to my bill. They cleaned each individual air vent as well as the two returns. I got to see before and after "shots".

It went well. I was very pleased, they did a great job. He was on time and very pleasant. I have nothing negative to say about the job.

We moved into an extremely neglected foreclosure and so every vent in this poor house was absolutely filthy and the filter was black from never being changed. An entire target grocery bag of lint came out of my dryer duct by hand (more in vacuum and blown outside like it was snowing) and the layer of caked dirt on the fan and walls of the unit itself was unbelievable. Gross is an understatement. Jeremy got here at 9 am and stayed until about 12:45 making sure house was vacuumed from the dust, the a/c unit was working perfectly and did a final walk thru to make sure everything was finished. I am completely satisfied with everything that they did and they were both really nice, personable guys. They explained everything they did and showed me pictures of the unit before they cleaned it. The sanitizer for the system smells so refreshing and overall makes the house feel brand new. I have peace of mind knowing that clean air is circulating, and that my dryer wont catch on fire from all of the lint I couldn't see that was in there. Very professional guys I highly recommend them! They were willing to work with us on price which was extremely nice. We got a really great deal for everything that they did. Very fair!

They went about and beyond cleaning our very dirty vents. They very prompt and courteous. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased and totally satisfied with everything Environmental Cleaning did. They are efficient, careful of your home and furnishings and go the extra distance to clean up behind themselves ( some debris from popcorn ceilings fell to floor). Jeremy vacumned all the debris up plus vacumned all around the area as well. I feel I got a house cleaning along with duct cleaning. And I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality here in the house.

They did a great job. He seemed very knowledgeable, he pointed out some areas around the house that looked like they needed some future improvements, and he also offered some other services that they do. I had purchased a big deal, and I think they got very busy because of it, but once we locked a date, they were great.

Pressured washed my house, including the siding next to my garage roof line.
