BUYER BEWARE: We purchased Angie's List The Big Deal - "$99 for $500 of Blown-In, Environmentally Safe Attic Insulation". The service provider came out to our home. He would not honor the Big Deal unless we added more insulation to the entire attic of our house (everything in his estimate). I called Angie's List while the service provider was at our home and the Angie's List representative agreed with me that the homeowner should be determining and deciding on the extend of the project, not the service provider. He would still not honor their Angie's List The Big Deal that we purchased unless we bought insulation for the entire attic. The Big Deal states that it is 500 square feet. However, the service provider said that it is not 500 square feet but only 500 feet. He insisted on adding more insulation to areas and doing more work than what was needed and wanted. Also, he over estimated the measurements of the attic by over 200 feet. The service provider refused to honor The Big Deal that we purchased unless we purchased everything that the service provider wanted us to purchase. We have asked for a refund from Angie's List and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Provider was punctual and professional and provided service as described. Air smelled fresh and clean.

The provider came out to discuss. However, none of there products where a good fit for my home. The installation team appeared to be less than professional.

They power washed the entire two story house that sits on an incline, clean the back porch, and back porch flooring and ceiling.

Pressure washed a 2 story house and cleaned gutters. The price reflects the use of an Angie's list special offer plus additional cost for gutter cleaning. They were prompt, friendly and professional. It was a big job and they worked hard until the work was completed, as well as kept me informed during the process.

It was okay but the deal didn’t cover the entire house and I had to pay about 3 times as much. I wouldn’t do the deal again. There has to be some way to know in advance what it is going to cost. With the extra money I had to pay, I was not convinced it was a deal. They did a good job. An important thing in buying the service is to know how many returns and vents that it will cover.

It was fine and they were good. We had some problems with scheduling and they kept with it and worked it out. The workers were good and they did the work and got it completed. They got the job done in around 3 hours. The price for the deal was very good, and they showed up when they said they would.

They came in and did the work as expected. They took the unit apart and it needed additional cleaning. We anticipated the extra cost. They were not trying to sell us things we didn’t need, and they were not pushy with us. They were very informative about what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were really good about teaching us everything. They were responsive and showed up on time. They were definitely eager to get more work and offered suggestions for future work that we may need. They were planting seeds for additional work in the future.

Everything is great. They took everything out of the garage to clean, and put everything back. They sent out 2 guys to do the job, and they did everything as expected. Everything was clean an put back nicely. They were professional and on time. I was happy with the service.

They came and said they didn’t see anything in the inspection of what they found. They kept pushing me to get some sort of service for fogging underneath the crawlspace to treat for mold. They bought this up about 4 different times and each time I told them that I wasn't interested. The work they did looked great and they showed me pictures. I did have to pay extra because my crawlspace was a little bigger than what the deal covered and I knew that before and it was no surprise. They called before they came and they came on time.

It went fine and good. They came when they said they would and they did exactly what they said they would do. There were no extra and hidden charges. They came exactly what I wanted to; I scheduled them later. They called me couple of times in between and wanted to know when they will come out. However, I said I will call them and they were very accommodating.

It turned out fine, but it cost a whole bundle lot more than it was supposed to be on the Big Deal and may be that is because I purchased extra, but I ended up spending an extra 500 bucks with those people, may be even more, may be 600 bucks. That was not something that I had planned on doing and I am okay with it, but if my husband finds out oops he will be mad at me. I would say anybody who gets this Big Deal, that big deal didn't cover all my vent so I needed to spend extra money to cover my whole house and then there was sanitation came it with it but what you really want is the fungicide and you really have a fungal issue you really want to kill everything. I always got all I wanted it ended up costing a lot more money. I am glad for the service, but I feel like pretty much the Big Deal was just used to get them in the door so they can up sell me. If I have known upfront that this is how much what you want and this is how much it is going to cost I said okay fine, but instead I made the mistake or may be I didn't made the mistake, but I was under the impression that the Big Deal would give me what I wanted and it didn't and now I always look at the Big Deal because they tell you like the painters. They will tell you they will do a room, but the room is this size. So if you room is bigger you know they are going to gouge you, so basically I don't trust the Big Deal. The time that I called them to the time that they made the appointment was about three weeks. I would consider using them in the future, but I would just be much more knowledgeable about how much it is all going to cost me.

I had to pay more because the deal didn’t cover the size of my dryer vent line. This was in the fine print but it was hard to catch. I was a little upset, but he did give me a discount since it did cost more. He was professional. They got the job done in about 45 minutes.

I have a gripe with Angie's List. They have the "special" and put a list of reviews of people who also got the "special" and they are all "A's". You have the company come out do the work, are disappointed, and look on Angie's list in their regular area (not the place where there advertising) and you get a whole different perspective of people who are as disappointed as I was. Grades much much lower than A's. Now I have a call into the company to make this right, but am very disappointed in the work and price and final product. Jeremy is to come out to my house to make this right. That is another review I will share with Angie's list. I am warning other consumers to beware of "Anglie's version of groupon" that Angie is selling and the truthful and full disclosure they are not providing. Angie Lists should be ashamed that they have to lower themselves to this level. You used to be so point on.

Everything was good. They did a good job and they didn?t take too long. There were no problems. The ducts were dirty and they cleaned them. We are happy with them. The technicians were very nice and professional. They showed up a little early which was nice. The price was reasonable for the services that were offered, and it was a good value.

It turned out to be really good. They were hear for about 3 hours. I have never lived in a house where I needed duct cleaning and they were very pleasant and quite professional. I had no trouble with them. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to, and the job took as long as they said it would.

It was great and I had a good experience. The gentleman who did the job was professional and polite. They got the job done in one day. They were very accommodating and they were able to fit the job in on my schedule.

Their customer service woman was very good. I bought the deal and they contacted me within a day or two to schedule the appointment for the work. I liked that I didn’t have to track them down. Chris did a good job and was very polite. There were two people working on the job. They got the job done in about one hour.

They went above and beyond what was anticipated and expected of them. Upon assessing our situation they took it upon themselves to better our home with small repairs to problems we did not even know about. Great Experience!

He came out on August 9th and did the dryer vent cleaning which was fine. After the cleaning he gave me some advice for the mildew in my bathroom and said he could install this "light" that would solve the mildew for my entire house. He guaranteed it would work and said he would remove it if it didn't. About 10 days after it was installed I had smelled a burning smell. I called them to have them check out the system but they never returned my calls. I had somebody inspect the system and they said it was fine and that it was an air purifier. About 3 weeks after that I noticed there was some mildew in my bathroom and I called to have them remove the air purifier because I needed a de humidifier. He tried very hard to talk me out of taking out the system. His wife called to inform me that two men were coming to clean the mildew out of the bathroom. I tried to make sure that they were taking out the system as well and it was still a struggle to get them to remove the system. I tried to get the full refund that he guaranteed and after some time I let him keep $100.00. I would definitely not use this company again after this ordeal.

They were very thorough - fixed all issues in the crawl space at a very reasonable price. They were professional at all times. Very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" to have 200 square feet of deck pressure washed and re-stained for $289.00. I have exactly 200 feet of deck, and I can't even think about doing this myself for that price. I paid Environmental Cleaning & Restoration Solutions an additional $165.00 to pressure wash and re-stain the deck rails and spindles as well. The guys showed up promptly on time, were very friendly and got right to work. They finished the pressure washing very quickly and while one of them went to purchase the matching stain, the other stayed behind and pressure washed my sidewalk and blew the leaves out of my driveway at no additional charge! They did a fantastic job re-staining the deck and it looks better than it has in years. I was so pleased with the job that I plan to have Environmental Cleaning & Restoration Solutions back to repeat this job every year.

I purchased an Angie's List deal and was contacted within 30 minutes of purchase by Lauren from the office to set up an appt. The apt was made for just a few days later. They were scheduled to arrive around 1pm. They called 11:52am and asked if they could arrive early, which I OK'd. They arrived approximately 12:05. They got right to work after we discussed services and expectations. They finished up in about 1.5 hours and I was pleased with their work. I still had the same junk I started with, it was just better organized and out of the way. I realize it is my job to toss what I don't want. :) That is always the hard part for me. This job with Angie's Deal: $149 Next, Sidney discussed some other services they provide and we began to discuss vapor barriers under the house. This is a job I have needed for the past several years and have neglected. After some discussion, I authorized them to put a vapor barrier under the house. Sidney made a quick trip to Lowe's for some plastic and they got right on it. It took them about an hour or two to complete the job. They removed the old plastic sheeting under the house and removed some clutter from when the house was built 25 years ago. They showed me photos they took with an iPhone to confirm their work. This job: $580. I thought the price for the vapor barrier job was a little high, but I was glad to get it done and they were ready to get on it immediately. Overall, I am pleased with their work and would use them again for these jobs or other jobs that they offer. Sidney was very pleasant to work with and explained their services.

Very nice to work with - responsive to communications. It was determined my ductwork was too old for me to take advantage of their services.

All work was done quickly and efficiently.
