The technicians were a bit late, but did call to let me know. They were relatively quick and mostly clean in their work. They did a good job.

They showed up on time wearing matching uniform shirts. They managed to wriggle into places that other contractors had deemed inaccessible. They politely and professionally asked about some minor items that needed to be taken care of like insulation that was falling down and duct work that appears to be collapsing. When they were finished they cleaned up and took all the trash with them.

He was on time and worked pretty quick. They were done in a couple hours. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Cleaned chimney and inspected our crawl space. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself. He also was very tolerant of our barking dog in her crate.

They called back immediately after I called them to schedule the Big Deal. They came within two days and on time. When they finished early, they asked to do more. They also consulted with me on future work. Then, somehow, they got that desk out. Only Christmas kept me from scheduling them for more work this week!

I highly recommend ECRS. I received great service. I recently purchased a home with a wood burning fireplace. My chimney was cleaned and there was no mess afterwards. Jeremy was great and very personable. I never had a wood burning fireplace. Jeremy took the time to show me how to use it, and how to use it safely. I'm very impressed and I would use them for the other services that they provide. Great company!!!

They cleaned my air vents, dryer coil, and did a mold cleaning. I never had this done, so I sought for them to guide me as I kept asking them what I needed to move out the way in order to prevent my personal stuff from being in the way of their cleaning, but they kept telling me nothing. They ended up needing a large area to bring in their machine, lay out their tools, maneuver space, etc. I was disappointed that I had to be behind them to move stuff as they went along needing more and more space, instead of them just giving me the option to move my stuff before they got started. | |I was also disappointed to see that they were smoking cigarettes in front of my home while cleaning my HVAC coil, their machine to clean my air ducts melted a hole in my plastic runner, (again, if they would have told me to move the runner because their machine gets hot, I would have,) and they left debris from cleaning my air vent in my bathroom. | |For $570 to clean air vents for a 1,050 sq ft condo, I expected a better quality of service.

The price listed did not include an expensive "Spray" required to ensure a reduction to mold. The provided stated without the spray we would likely continue to have issues so we purchased this add on and greatly increased overall cost. It would have been preferable to have all these details prior to purchasing.

Ordered 500 sq ft of insulation for $99. When he arrived the contractor said the job must be for more than the big deal price and that the $99 would be applied as a credit. This is no deal and could obviously be rigged by the contractor.

Job went just as expected and described. The gentleman was on time and did a good job. He swept the chimney and took care to not make a mess. He also inspected our crawl space and provided some recommendations for sealing it. We were happy with the job that was done.

The cost would be more than $145. I thought it was a good deal until the square feet was told to me.

They cleaned the chimney and inspected the crawlspace. It's hard for me to say if they did clean as needed because I cant see in the chimney. They were a little hard to schedule. Several phone calls were needed. The guy who did the work was pleasant. I would maybe use them in the future.

It went very well. They were on time. They were very friendly and professional.They explained every detail of what needed to be done.They cleaned every area so well, you could not tell they were even there. If i ever need any other of their services i would not hesitate to call them again. I would recommend them to anyone, and have handed out their cards left with me and given a good review. This was a job very well done!

The men were on time, courteous, and did the job right. I was happy with the service. What I was not happy with was the "big deal" that I purchased. I purchased the dryer vent cleaning deal for $69. It does say in the fine print (about 10 lines down) that this includes10 ft of dryer vent. What the company failed to tell me was that MOST dryer vents are well more than 10' long. So the day of the service, we were told it would be $130 extra to clean our vents because our dryer vent is 25' long. I feel that the provider purposefully puts this information in the fine print so that unknowing customers will purchase this deal thinking they are getting a dryer vent cleaning for $69. VERY disappointed in this deceptive deal. I would not use the company again simply for this reason. I prefer to do business with companies that are open and honest and clear about their "deals." I recently purchased a whole home painting deal for $1500, and that provider CORRECTLY emphasized that the deal is for a 2000 square foot house several times on the page. AND they perform an estimate before scheduling the job.

It went very well. My only complaint would be that there was a pre-arranged price, but on the day of service there was an additional charge for the railing/banisters. Just be sure to ask ahead if there will be additional charges before you contract for service.

A great cleaning job, but too many extras.

Environmental Cleaning pressure washed our deck, replaced warped or rotted wood and applied a stain. They did an excellent job, we were very pleased with the results and all the work was done without harmful effects to our large koi pond located just below the deck.

Description was first 500 square feet worth for $99. We just wanted our den insulated which was 500 square feet and they would not do it.

The deal was $149 for vapor barrier installation but that was for only up to 500 sq.ft. He said I have a total of 1400 sq.ft. and there was a discount to do the sq. footage above 500 but my house only has 1250 sq.ft. so I'm not sure where he got his number but I paid for the extra 900 anyway.

It started off with one of the two guys that came to blow $500.00 worth of insulation in my attic coming into my house to use the bathroom which I was not to wild about. And they made no attempt to take off their shoes or put on the coverings that most workers do when they come in your house. They blew in some insulation which they said was worth about $250.00 and when I showed them the receipt from Angies List stating $500.00 worth of insulation they argued that it was suppose to be 500 sq. ft. of insulation and they wanted $250.00 from me for the work they did. So they made a big argument over it and really made me feel bad. I stuck with the fact that my contract stated $500.00 worth of insulation and after them making a big deal out of the fact that I am "ripping them off" left with only $250.00 worth of insulation put in my attic. The experience I had with these people was the worst I have ever had with a service company or contractor.

I feel that this deal was a bait and switch type of deal. I would not let this contractor near my home at this point.

It's a large house, so I expected additional costs, but the extra charges seemed exorbitant. In hindsight, doesn't look like a good "Deal".
