They set up the appt. and were to call me back if an electrician was required. They never called me. I called them two days before they were to do the service and they said there would be additional fees involved to bring an electrician and recommended that we ask for a refund and find a different provider. They were very nice about it.

I did not feel comfortable with their up selling approach and I always listen to my gut.

It worked out fine. There was an additional cost for other services. They did what was advertised. It’s working fine for me now. The price was fair.

Provided estimate for over $6,000 in work, much much more than vapor barrier. I checked what they described and found there to be no mold. Felt it was typical bait and switch offer.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went alright. They took me through what they were doing and kind of explained things. They gave me some perspective on how clean or dirty my ducts were compared to other things they have seen. It was good to get that kind of thorough explanation and to get an understanding of exactly what they were doing.

Provider provided a date to clean out our garage. They called to confirm the morning of the appointment and showed up on time. They cleared out the garage and pressure washed the floor. They cleaned all of the windows and doors. They also cleaned the ceiling ,shelves and ledges of dust and cobwebs. They replaced all of the stuff they had removed and left the garage in much better shape than they found it. They did a wonderful job, especially in cold weather. I would definitely hire them again.

When they arrived, they explained it would cost more than double the original amount because the vent was longer than they expected. They only serviced from the outside, and never moved the dryer and serviced from the inside. Basically, they pushed all the dryer lint back to the dryer, and my dryer vent is still clogged. Very poor work, and it cost way more than it should have.

Not so good!! When scheduled i was told the process was to remove all items from garage, pressure wash leave to start another job, then return once floor is dry. They would finish all the cleaning and then replace everything in an orderly way. They delayed the arrival time but this did not pose a problem for me. So ok. They had a flat and showed up late but also not a problem for me. They came and spent maybe 40 min moving stuff around in garage and pressure washed When they asked that i sign off, it was not complete. The floor was soaked, all kinds of stuff was on counters, my freezer, etc. NONE of the additional items had been done, there was dirt all over my garbage cans, yard equipment, etc. from the pressure wash spray. Just really did not look good and certainly not $149 worth. I expressed my dissatisfaction and how the process was explained to me. Wayne was very nice and said they wanted to make sure i was happy and they would come back. But he also said the process as explained to me was not their process, the leave and come back would not be cost effective for them as a business. While they were gone, i printed the "Deal" and provided that when they returned. the list was completed and the garage did look much better but i would not use this service again. It is NOT worth $149.00.

The deal was a little misleading. It turns out that the least amount of money that the project would cost was $1,400. The lady was very nice.

It was not a good experience and I was not happy at all. They said when they got here, that they could not do just 1500 square feet. They need to do the whole area. He gave me a quote for $1300 and I had received a quote from somebody else for $600 for the whole attic. They tried to up sell me and I was able to talk them down in price. They were way over price and I am not sure of the quality of the work, I have not checked it yet. I would tell people that they were over priced and they tried to pressure me into buying something that I did not want. I was very disappointed with them. I would not recommend them and I would not use them again.

They were on time and efficient. They explained exactly what they were doing and took pictures of my air ducts to show where there was mold starting to grow. They left the house in good shape.

I will use them again...excellent service!!

This caused more moisture to form. They moved dryer hose and vent to a location so it would be vented outside. The moisture in the condo has been dramatically reduced. The young men were professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned up all materials and took them away. I would certainly use them again.

I paid extra for my dryer vent because the hose is almost 30ft. I paid extra for additional mains. I have popcorn ceiling which made for quite a mess when the crew removed and cleaned the vents. They did a great job of cleaning up once they were complete.

A clause in the fine print is interpreted by the provider as meaning that 500 sq.ft.of insulation had to be applied to the entire attic or "project". Provider interprets "project" to mean the home as to opposed to the Big Deal effort. To my mind this is type of bait and switch, especially since the fine print also says it does not apply to new construction and only to existing insulation. Someone like myself who only wanted to increase the insulation level in a portion of the attic would have to purchase additional services from the provider, which I believe is the basis for his contracting with Angie's. The fine print language should be modified to make this situation apparent to Angie's members so that they are not caught up in this scheme and Angie's should not condone this kind of scheme.

They did a good job, and communicated well with me about the job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. They came out the week after I purchased it. I didn't spend any additional. They gave me confidence that I could use the fireplace without any problems. He said the crawlspace looked really good and really dry. I would absolutely use them again.

I got a message stating that there will be a $100 trip charge due to my area being outside the 25 mile radius. There wasn't anything mentioned in the deal fine print. Later told me that the deal wasn't published with all of the correct info. Then told me that the coupon was to get 50% off and the real cost would be calculated - acknowledged that the deal fine print was confusing for others also. Decided not to spend over $1500 for this job as that was the estimate based on my garage. Bullet #1 in fine print was misleading.

They did tighten up some hinges on another cabinet but they couldn't get the drawers done. I suggested several ideas which they tried but didn't work. They worked for 2 hrs. But just couldn't get it to work. Angie's List would not refund my money even though the job I needed done was not completed.

They were hired through an angie's list special to clean the dryer vent. The vent went up into the attic and was not connected to the outside properly. They cleaned out this long vent and affixed it to where the exhaust was going outside and not into our attic. The $319 included the 69.00 special fee.

They showed up on time and did a nice job.

They told me that my pipes were about a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 as to being clogged, and that my always cleaning the lint filter helped. They did the cleaning, put the dryer back in place and cleaned up the area around the dryer. They said this cleaning should last around 5 years before it would need to be done again. Prior to my calling about this service that i saw on Angie's List, I was becoming concerned about possible fire hazards as i have never had the vents cleaned. They do provide other services and I will always use them in the future for these services. They were very professional and did what they said they would do. Howard Honeycutt Charlotte

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out pretty well from my knowledge. I spent an additional $394. They called before they did any work and they gave me an estimate before they started on anything so that was pretty good. I was pretty happy with them.

They send a person to apply stain to my deck who was not an employee and who didn't know how to apply stain properly. It was uneven, streaked and you could see the brush marks very haphazardly. They tried to correct it but it was only a little better. They need to use people who know what they are doing as I paid more than I ever have in the past for their service and it was no where near as good as past service people.
