They did a great job. They did what they said they were going to do. My interaction with them was good. They were on time. We sure would use them again.

The techs showed up on time, looked over the house with me and gave me a final price with AL discounts. They explained the cleaning process which included cleaning accumulated dirt in the furnace fan. They were thorough. Their machine broke down because of a bad switch. They were very apologetic and returned the next morning to complete the job. I'm very satisfied with the results and would use this company again.

The staff was professional, both in setting up the appt and when they came to my home. I would use them again.

They were efficient, professional and their price remained the same. There were no additional charges.

We also hired them to do some additional work that is beyond the scope of just cleaning the air ducts. We didn't have problem with them. I was slow to respond to their inquiry because I was trying to get time to get back and correct the problem. Two things occurred. One, they did some wiring to install a special light in the duct area and that wiring they did created problems in the house. I had to hire a different electrician to come and correct the problem. I had ordered the gentleman of the problem that occurred and they offered a solution. When I called, I asked the man I spoke with if he can reimburse me for that amount and he said he would. They also picked up a six foot cord under the house and asked by any chance if he could put that in his truck that he had. I haven't had any response. But the work they did was fine. They were very nice. Two fellows were in the house and they did a very nice work force. It was an excellent work. The professionalism was good too. I didn't check if they were licensed electricians and they weren't. I didn't find out until after the work. They indicated that they'd come back in a year's time to service the ultraviolet bulb they out in. I just expected a better response on the downside when I had the problem. They did call me back and said he'd come by with the money and I didn't hear back from them.

It went well. They did their job. They're all A's.

The guys were right on time and very helpful. We had talked in advance and I knew I was going to have more than the $69 special so they gave me a fair price for additional loads.

In general I wasn't as pleased as I'd thought I'd be. I was pleased overall. The inspection was good, but I had to pay a lot of extra money for extra work.

They sent out a text telling me that they were overwhelmed. I was hoping to hear from them by now. We will be using this big deal for the epoxy flooring in the garage.

I purchased Angie's big deal for one truckload of junk hauling. I had several pieces of furniture that were water damaged that I wanted removed from my basement. I knew that a truckload would not include all of the furniture so I had already prioritized to see what would fit. When I talked to the scheduler, she was extremely nice and when I told her what I had, she said she would have them bring a trailer just in case I decided to have them haul it all but there was no pressure to do so. On the day of the pickup, Jeremy called to let me know he was on the way and then called again to make sure he was coming to the right house. The first three things on my priority hauling list were two large sofas and a treadmill. Although it was obvious they were larger than a truckload, Jeremy agreed to take all three pieces since he had the trailer with him. The sofas were heavy, as they were the kind that have built in recliners. Jeremy had to call two coworkers who were leaving a nearby job to help get them out of my basement. They did all of this at no charge to me (my original deal was all prepaid). I will definitely be calling them when I am ready to have the remaining furniture picked up. They were very professional and accomodating.

The young man had no idea how to measure my house. My house is 2500 sq feet, and he came with a figure of 5800 sq feet, at which point I started laughing at him, and he looked stunned and said but they are two floors. I have had surgery recently, and I told him to clean the house, and I will pay whatever it costs. It took him 4 hours to clean it, and I paid 400 Dollars in total. I didn't really care at that point because my house needed to be cleaned. I really didn't figure out if the young man didn't have an idea. The big deal was for under 2500 sq feet, and I was sure I was under that, but the manner in which he was measuring, I couldn't figure out if he actually didn't know how to do it, or was it just the way they do business. His work was fine. The siding was clean, and they did a fine job. The additional money was significantly more than expected. They were punctual, they were there on time.

Contacted me in a very timely manner and worked with me on scheduling a good time that worked best for me. Had to reschedule due to rain, however, didn't call until after scheduled time. Next scheduled time, called to notify they would be a little late. (which I had no problem with), were very professional, polite, took extra care not to drag mud onto carpet, made a good suggestion to keep one of the items and provided a very reasonable quote on gutter cleaning. I was very pleased with both Wayne and Josh.

Hard working guys. Timeliness could use some tune-up; but I understand that you can be held up unexpectedly. In future, with any service of this type, I will ask for a written estimate once there is a chance to view what I want moved. The cost for their services kept changing, to the point where I had to insist I would only pay what they had last told me the last load would cost at the end. While I had a lot to move, I had no idea the total cost would come to almost $500.00. I will attribute this to my error in not insisting on a written estimate once they had a chance to see all that I wanted moved. I will do so in the future. All in all, what I wanted moved is gone, they were hard and friendly workers and I would use them again (with a written estimate of total cost).

Their verbal quote for completing the vapor barrier in the crawl space was over $1000. Since I have about 1000 sqft in my crawl space, I expected them to complete the work for a total of about $300 (2x their offer of $149 for 500 sqft). I'm not willing to pay $1000 for installation of a vapor barrier.

The lady from Environmental was very nice, thorough, and cooperative. She called just shortly after purchasing the deal and they were right on the ball. However, the deal itself was a bit misleading. The deal implied that the epoxy flooring would cost a flat $49 when actually it would cost much more, depending of the square footage. She could not have been any nicer. I was very pleased with the lady I dealt with and their customer service was wonder.

The services provided by Angie's coupon $165.00 were excellent. However you were asked to buy extra services after the inspection. These extra charges would have been another $500.00. I did buy the mold treatment for $225.00 in addition to the $165.00 which I guess was needed but found this price a bit high. I have a small 2 bedroom townhome about 1300 square feet so if your house is larger be sure you will acquire extra charges.

Technician arrived on time was very professional and friendly. He cleaned chimney and inspected it and let me know it was in good shape. Also inspected crawlspace and let me know I needed new vapor barrier, i checked myself and verified his findings, His company also had special through Angie's List that I took advantage of. I was very satisfied with both services.

Two male workers came for the appointment. I was home alone at the time and felt very uncomfortable with two strange men traveling around different areas of my home at the same time. One would be in the attic while another down stairs or out side smoking and on the cell phone coming in and out as through he lived here. The youngest of the two was more professional and worked non stopped and seemed to do a more though job. I'm currently looking for someone to come in and investigate this mold and make sure its what they said it is. And insure no further treatment needs to be preformed. I paid for this service then had buyers remorse after because I had a lot of unanswered question and felt like I may have been taken advantage of. I paid additional $300.00 and paid Angie List $175.00 total $475.00. Currently I'm putting a n/a instead of a,b,c,d or f until I do more research. They my very well be correct in there diagnosis so until I can conform it this review will be incomplete. Once My research has been complete I'll come back and update my review with a letter score.

The service went well. My only criticism would be that I wasn’t there which wasn't their fault. I did feel like they were trying to upsell and had I been there I wouldn’t have purchased the additional services that we purchased. In addition to the deal they sterilized the duct work.

The insulation in our attic was thinning out and we knew we need to augment it. We had several quotes and we almost went with the last one. Environmental Cleaning and Restoration had a special for 500 feet but the insulation for our attic needed 2000 feet. We figured out and discovered that their quote would be the lowest. They came one morning and finished it and cleaned before they left.

I would absolutely use their services in the future. The did a superb job and were 100% professional!

They came out to do the service and informed us that we would need to replace the entire dryer duct system. We ended up using them for this service.
