Power washed and clear sealed, but not stained. Did not replace boards as promised.

Horrible. The gentleman came on time and gave my wife variety of options worth 3 times what we bought. We requested him to just power wash and stain the deck. He started with power wash and after 30 minutes told us that if he washed more the existing paint would peel and stain wouldn't stick well. So he stopped and left. In reality, he just cleaned dirt and other small debris (like bird poop, some dry flowers). I could have done the same by just using my regular hose and elbow grease.

They were quick and early asked first if they could be there earlier than appointment and it worked out for both of us

They had to crawl in a very tight crawl space to do the work. They had a technique which was incredibly clean and efficient. We were very pleased.

I purchased an Angie's list Big Deal for $99 for a truck to come perform the service. The company was overwhelmed by people who had bought the offer and told me they couldn't schedule an appointment for me for five weeks - which was after my move date. They indicated they would request a refund for me through Angie's list but never followed up. I continue to see this $99 offer available to others and suggest the company stop offering it until they have ramped up their operations to keep pace with the demand.

Couldn't complete service due to the type of line I have but was sure to give me information on who could potentially do it for me.

The servicemen were very efficient. I was informed of the additional footage charge before the work was done and was also shown the bag of lint that was clogging the vent.

Okay I wasn't prepared to pay for the additional footage.i was not aware that they use the square footage of the house and not the square footage of the crawl space. Which makes the offer online a false sense of what you paid for against what it actually cost.

The gentleman did a great job. He fit everything in his trailer like a puzzle in order to get everything in. He went above and beyond trying to get some old reinforced concrete statues in his truck the previous owners had hidden in the bushes. Would hire again.

He cleaned out duct. Explained What I should look for in the future so as to not overschedule. Fast... early and clean

He and his team performed all work in a timely manner and as quoted. He took before, during, and after pictures. Each day they cleaned up the equipment and kept space open for us to get in and out while they worked. Great to work with.

Dave Cooper, the technician, called to let me know that he was running early and asked if he could come sooner than the appointed time. I agreed and he showed up promptly at 11:30 AM. Dave was very cordial and professional. He worked and quickly, but did a thorough job. I was very happy with his work.

It went very well - I wish I could have afforded the stain option after the cleaning, but it was amazing how much better my deck looked after they were finished!

Workers were very professional. However, they left a lot of yellow dust from the vents on the carpet and furniture. They also did not replace one of the air vents. Overall I'm happy with the service they provided, but I had to clean a lot of dust after they left.

No problems, very fast and efficient.

Deck is aprox. 200 sqft. not including railings or stairs. Once we were able to successfully schedule, the job was done well. The technician was a good guy very honest and up-front. The only reason I would say I am not completely satisfied was the price was a tad high in my opinion. Other than that great job.

Overall it went well. I wish more stain types were discussed. I just got the deck re-stained again and wish I had known we used a Solid stain originally. If its new wood never been painted before then you don't have to use solid paint, could go with semi-transparent. Also between deck wood original wood was still exposed so you could see the color difference between the wood. I believe it was person's first time doing it. This is was done little over two years now.
