There were additional charges that we did not want to spend, so we are requesting a refund from Angie's List. Vendor was very professional.

It was the first time our 27 year old home probably ever had ducts cleaned. They had to spend half the day with a brush vacuum to get all the mold and pet dander out. Then they treated with chemicals to kill all the mold. This was a good service and we will use them again. I would recommend using their sealant after removing debris inside of your heating/cooling duct work to seal in any remaining mold and debris. The volume of air blowing from our unit has doubled after this cleaning and we could tell the difference immediately after service.

The young man was very professional, and informed me that the Deal (which was $149 for approximately half my crawlspace) required that they put vapor barrier over the entire crawlspace, which was another $500. Even though I hadn't read the "small print" I did feel a little cheated. I had hoped that I could save up enough to have it, and other services, done by the fall. However my economic situation has worsened and I can't have the work done afterall.

Was going to be an additional $250.

It went great! They showed up on time. Were curtious and professional. Once price was discussed they went right to work. I believe the price was very fair for all that they performed and since we had two units we were charged for each unit at the deal price. They took pictures of everything - the blowers were corroded with dust and filth and needed to be cleaned. We've had dust issues since owning the house for 1 year - I could see why. There was mold growing in the vents from moisture - (we'll need to look into a dehumidifier). I pointed out what I thought was mold in our guest bathroom and sure enough that's what it was. No one wants to find out that they have mold growing anywhere in their house but we at least caught it in the early stages. We have owned many houses and have had to have the vents cleaned in more than three of them. They would come in, set-up and start cutting into the airconditioner (what ever it's called). When I asked if they were going to do the same before discussing price with me - they assured me they would not be doing that - and they didn't. They did more than I expected, more than the companies in the past have ever done. Since we had mold they double sprayed to make sure the mold was killed - no other company would have done that for us. They cleaned the vent covers - took them out and sprayed and used a cloth to clean the vent - no other company did that either. The deodorizer/sanitizer they used at the end did not stink up the house like we have experienced in the past with other companies. They took their time to make sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction - granted it was not a normal in out process and ours was not the worst they have seen but they did spend some time doing the job right the first time. I would absolutely use them again in the future and would recommend them to our friends and family. They cleaned up the best they could, and please note you will have to re-dust your furniture and vacuum your carpets - they do that don't get me wrong, but ours was especially dirty. I didn't read the "small" print -- the $149 for half the crawlspace was good only if we did the whole crawlspace, which was another $500. I do want it done, but can't afford that price now.

Josh and Cam completed the work. They arrived on time and completed work within a few hours. They washed it early in the day and applied the sealer the same afternoon after it had a chance to dry. They did a great job and the deck looks great. One note on the Angie's Lists deals. They are usually priced lower then the work that needs to be done. In this case the deal was $200 for a 10 x 20 deck . My deck was twice the size so I expected the higher price of $400. Josh measured the deck at the beginning and we agreed on the price before they started work.

They did a good job on the vapor barrier but I was a bit surprised that the cost was as high as it was.

They were on time and it was a great service. No complaints.

Two men came. They did an incredible job of thoroughly cleaning and organizing my garage as I prepared to move. They arrived on time and were flexible about cleaning the additional bay. They were polite, accommodating and unobtrusive. They worked very hard to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely hire them again!

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and very professional.

They did a great job. I had some old oil stains on my garagae floor I wanted cleaned up and while I knew not to expect them to be gone completely, the garage looked great when finished. I also added on a clean-out of my garbage can. I would definitely use them again.

They emailed me through Angie's List within two days of me purchasing the big deal. In the email they said they tried to call me and was unable to leave a message to schedule with them. When we're ready, we will have them out to change some filters and a fire alarm.

I had to call to get something scheduled because he thought I canceled the deal. He did a nice job on the siding alone. He was conscientious about the water use. However, as soon as he came in, he wanted more money for more things that he thought needed cleaned. I did not like that. He also wanted me to pay the additional money up front. Then, he couldn't’t even clean the gutters and did not take off the $100 on the final bill.

I can't say he did a perfect job because he didn't get right up to the edges close to the house, like when he get to the stairs and he didn't get at the right back of the stairs; he just missed up on some of those spots and my husband had to re-touch. He was a nice gentleman and he was on time and I think he was kind of new at it; I don't think he had been with the company too long so we excused it. It was reasonable.

The company that day contacted me after sending then my phone number. They were able to come to my house that afternoon for an estimate.. They said what they thought would be the cost and then called me again the next afternoon with the total cost.. I said I needed a written estimate e-mailed to me.. One was in my in box Friday afternoon.. I more then once told Jeremy that the totals for the work were too high and the 450. value for 199. was not adding up on the estimate. Still he thought he was right.. I think wrong. He was not giving me any $450. value only the 199. down on the work.

The crew was very courteous. They explained everything that they found in their inspection and did an excellent job. They even found a few minor problems with a loose duct and fixed it while they were there.

Environmental Cleaning & Restoration Solutions even came out on a Sunday. The scheduled day that I have was a really bad rain storm and they did not want to track their entire machine and get the house dirty. So he came on a Sunday, on his day off, and spent literally the entire day to work on our vent and duct work. They work so hard. He came with one other guy and they were literally here till 7 o’clock at night doing the job. It’s fantastic and a great special, much cheaper. We called other companies and one guy wanted 650 for the same job. He’s much cheaper than other people that were advertised, not on Angie’s list. He showed up on time, nice manners, very clean and they cleaned after themselves.

They called promptly to schedule the service and arrived on time. It was a good value and they were at the home a little over an hour. They brought a pickup truck and a trailer. They removed a desk and were very good.

The service worked out great. They were on time and efficient. In fact, I left them a note saying that I went ahead and purchased another service through them after the Angie's List deal. The work that they did turned out great. They did a great job and my interaction with them has been excellent. I did not spend more than the price of the big deal and they came out to do the work within a week after I purchased the deal. I already have used them again after that service.

Even so we would definitely call them again should we need their services as we thought they did a good job.

They were very nice and professional. We are considering using them for another job we need done.

In the spring, cleaned out my garage; in the fall washed outside of house and driveway, patio and porch. So, take note, that I used them a second time.
