That turned out well. They did what they said they would do. Just one technican came out and it took him about hour.

Employees installed black plastic poly barrier under most of crawl space. A few spots in corners were left bare, leaving me to fill them in.. After having seen pictures of white neat barriers the black barrier was a bit of a disappointment, much like something I could have done myself. It is a matter of "you get what you pay for," and for the price I suppose the black barrier was what I paid for. The employees were polite and didn't over-push desired up-grades. If I use them in the future I would obtain other competitive prices and establish exactly the quality and look I desired and if they were competitive with both price and quality would consider giving another chance.

My only complaint is that I had to vacuum underneath each vent in my upstairs because they left residual crap on my carpet. They did not clean up the carpet under where they worked. Other than that they were ok.

They were punctual, efficient and very courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

Went well, good job, but the pricing was misleading. The Angie's List special was $69, but they added an additional $80 when they arrived. I felt a little taken.

It was wonderful. I had a 2 hour handyman special in addition to the environmental cleaning. He came on time, he looked at what I wanted, he figured out the materials to get and went out and got them, came back, build the concept I needed, cleaned up and it was great. He was very responsive and he got the work done in one day. Many people would say OK they'll get back to me. He improved the things I wanted taken care of. He's great to work with and he brought a second guy to work with him. He came out April 21st and I paid him $200 for labor, materials and a bonus for getting it all done an cleaning up. What stood out was his listening and understanding what I wanted. He showed me how he was going to strengthen the deck and it's perfect now.

Work completed as discussed and on time.

Was suppose to do garage cleanup. I felt that the deal was a come on to obtain additional work for addition work.

The gentleman showed up promptly and cleaned up after himself. He did a good job of explaining what he was doing.

There was a slight delay that particular day, but they called to let us know so it wasn't at all a problem. I would definitely hire again, even though this was not their specialty. This was an excellent deal!

It turns out my crawlspace is much larger than the square footage on the deal and the added cost would be substantially more than the deal price. I contacted the company and they gave me instructions for a refund. They were prompt and courteous and I would use them in the future if needed.

I was surprised that only one employee showed up as I knew from the previous reviews that the job usually required two people. Having said that, Josh worked for almost 5 hours and did a thorough job. I was completely satisfied with the work I got for my money. Only caution is to count the total number of vents and then compare that with the number covered in the special. You will likely have to pay more than the special price if you want all the vents cleaned.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were fine. They did exactly what they said, were very helpful and showed up when they were supposed to. They were very thorough and good. I thought it was a good price and they got the job done. They called me back within a week after I purchased the deal. The quality was fine and I was happy with it. They knew what needed to be done and what to use to clean my floor.

From a Customer Satisfaction Level, 5 Stars... These Guys were proficient, experienced and very professional. We will certainly use the Service again and would recommend them proactively. If the Two Service Techs represent the Company, they are well on their way to being Top Providers in this Region. Great Job...

The crew was punctual and performed work as agreed. They offered other services but were not pushy about it.

I think they did a great job. I was happy with their air duct cleaning. They were prompt and they have good communication. They took time to clean up after themselves and it was all very positive. I would recommend them. My dryer vent was 18 ft and the deal only covers 10 ft so I ended up paying 150$ extra.

They were on time. A two man crew that worked together in a harmonious way. Time was added to the project because of the mold treatment.

An appointment was made quickly and confirmed. Josh and Cam arrived on time. I was out of town at a medical educational conference so my wife kept me informed via text messages. She was told the job would take about 2 hours. She was told the blower motor was very dirty and that would cost an additional $250 to clean, with a picture taken to provide documentation. In addition, we had a total of 4 supply and return mains while only 1 was covered in the Big Deal. That was an extra $120. A problem did develop when the system could not be restarted. It took Josh a while to figure out that he had mistakenly reconnected one wire incorrectly. When that was fixed, the system came on so they left, but my wife noticed that it was room temperature air and the thermostat showed 81 degrees in the house even though the thermostat was set for 74 degrees. When I returned home the next morning, I checked the fuse box and found that the main fuses to the heating/air conditioning system had not been reset, so only the blower was working but not the air conditioner. I was able to reset the fuses and we immediately had cool air, but she did have to sleep in a very warm house overnight. I called and spoke to Jeremy this morning. He is going to try and find the picture taken of the dirty blower motor and housing unit since one was not shown to my wife. I suspect that Josh was quite frustrated not able to restart the system and forgot about resetting the fuses. The positive aspect of this is that both Josh and Cam were very polite and professional. They were also not going to leave until it was figured out, taking 5 hours to complete the job instead of 2 hours, but they were persistent. Reading over the past reviews on Angie's List, it seems that many customers are surprised at the additional charges incurred after purchasing a deal for $165 when, in most cases, additional charges are incurred and deemed necessary. Our price of $165 turned out to be $535 and could have been $180 higher for mildicide treatment for a couple of spots of mold seen, which my wife declined. I think that many of these surprises could be avoided by either including them in the Big Deal price (increasing the Big Deal price up front) or indicating on the Big Deal description a clarification that many customers will require additional services to fully clean their system and list those services and prices. This is why I sense that a number of customers felt like they were being up-charged, because it comes as a surprise. Speaking to Jeremy and hearing my wife's perception of Josh and Cam, I get the impression that they are respectable and professional young men. Better clarification about services provided and those likely to be needed would give them the reputation they deserve, because they clearly know how to clean a vent system!

Josh called in advance of arrival and arrived as planned. He discussed the service that he would provide. From our observation, the deck looks very good. We feel that he took the time to properly perform the service. He was professional, courteous, friendly.
