I wasn't happy with the experience. I had to have it redone. I could have done it myself. The way they vented the dryer, it was venting into the laundry room. It could have caused a fire. I even had to pay more beyond the big deal price. The quality of work was unacceptable. They were late and I didn't feel like the tech was knowledgeable.

EC actually came out earlier than scheduled. They were in the area and called me to see if they could perform the service then. That worked for meand I appreciated being given an opportunity to have the service done that day - just one more thing I could cross off my list. The crew were very polite and efficient in their work. Since I had a gas dryer, they took special care not to put a kink in the hose connection when moving the dryer back into place. There was a fair amount of lint that was blow out onto the grass; they did a great job in vacuuming it all off the lawn. Recommended!

Overall the person was great but work wasn't great. He moved some deck furniture we had to the front of the house and some inside the house while the work was being done. Then I had to leave the house, my wife was still at home. He did work hard but maybe it was his 1st time doing it. All the wood was covered with paint the way it should from the top but basically all decks are made of wooden pieces that run horizontal / vertical and each piece has a little gap between them. If it's done right, the gaps should be covered with paint as well and in this case the gaps still had no paint on it. So, when you are standing on the deck and look down you see the difference where paint is not covering and you can see bare wood. My wife called the company and the owner was like we would have to redo everything and it would be extra charge. It should have been taken care off, this is not my first deck that I have gotten painted.

Arrived on time, performed their service as anticipated, cleaned up well and we're very professional overall. I purchased a $199 deal covering 200 square feet, and ended up paying another $250 for an area that was less than 200 square fee, which was an unwelcome surprise. But price aside, they were great.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning and staining the deck. I can actually see how clean it is. The stain was not dry after 24 hours so they came back and wiped it down. Very satisfied with ECS.

The providers were great. They put down cloths and were very careful not to damage any woodwork etc. They were efficient and explained how they would recycle the products. I was very pleased with the service.

I purchased the $199 Big Deal from Angie's List for a deck restoration. I read the fine print stating that this covered 200 sq ft. My deck is slightly larger at @350 sq ft but I have had the work done twice before for @$400. I knew there would be an additional charge but was shocked to have the young man measure railings and posts to come up with an additional charge of $528 for an additional 380 sq ft beyond the 200 already paid. I refused the scheduled service also because the young man showed up alone to do a job that would have required two people to move the furniture off my desk. This company is obviously not staffed to handle the advertised Big Deal.

The service went well. The staff was very professional and did a nice job. I had to pay additional for more insulation that they suggested. It was between $500-$700 in additional costs. I did not expect to have to pay that much more for the service. I had no difficulties with scheduling.

Jeremy (owner) & crew arrived on time & professionally. By the time they left I could feel the difference in my air temperature. The sanitation spray eliminated the sour smell from my vents. The crew was very personable, respectful, & cleaned up very well before leaving. Jeremy stayed in contact with me, including a follow up call to ensure my complete satisfaction. I look forward doing business with them in the future.

I had purchased the big deal to have my deck restored. When scheduling and discussing the job with the company it was determined that because my deck was painted it could not be sealed without extensive additional work that was more expensive than what I was able to spend. Because if this the company suggested that I request a refund. I agreed and instead of doing the deal I hired the company to simply power wash the deck so that we could repaint on our own.

They gave me an estimate that exceeded over $1000 from all the extra charges that were not specified in the deal. I tried to contact them to work this out and they never contacted me.

They were right on time and listened to my concerns and wishes. They pressure washed my deck and did a wonderful job. Josh and Cameron were very professional and worked hard to do the job right,. They were careful to close the gate to my fence each time they went in or out. I have a small dog and that's very important to me. They moved my deck furniture back to the right places. In short, they were exceptionally good.

It went very well. I didn't see that in the fine print it's for 10 feet long and they charged me extra because my vent was 19 ft long. People don’t know how long their vents are. They were on time. They did a thorough job. They even took pictures of the inside of the vent. They did a lot upselling. I will shop around before use them again

The service went very well. They did exactly what the deal stated and showed up on time. The technician was professional and did a good job. They were great at explaining everything and showed us what we needed outside to keep the vents clean. From beginning to end everything went very well and scheduling was very easy.

I live in a house built in 1895 so I have come to expect problematic repairs. First of all not all repairmen are even willing to attempt to work with such old construction. I had some problems getting in touch with ECS and they had the same problem getting in touch with me. Today however the wait was well worth it. Jeremy and Todd persevered through numerous obstacles in installing a dryer vent 21 feet long under the house where there is almost NO crawl space. All the while they were both congenial, courteous and professional. I am very favorably impressed with the quality of their work. I feel more secure in my home knowing that my dryer is properly vented. I also have a hearty respect for the two workmen who so courageously undertook this really hard job and completed it so successfully.

The guys seem to have done a thorough and competent job. The deck looks good.

He didn't take any of the boxes. He suggested I put them out by the curb and let the city pick them up on trash day. I had someone else come out and they charged me $25.

We were contacted for an appointment and they arrived on time. After measuring the deck, it was determined to be significantly larger than the size noted in the offer. Additionally, we required tinted sealant vs clear, which also added to the overall cost. The final price was four times the offer amount, so we chose to do the work ourselves. The tech was low pressure and very transparent with the cost details, but the overall price was greater than we wanted to spend.

It was great. They were courteous and professional. The refrigerator coil had never before been cleaned, in its ten years of service, and there was a remarkable collection of gunk built up around it. They vacuumed up the area after they finished and I especially appreciated that they explained how I could do that myself in the future. They offered to sell me some fancier water hoses (ones with lifetime warranties as opposed to the ones that were included in the package I had purchased) but when I declined, they did not push it further. I would use them again if I have any appliance problems.

The guys were very professional and thorough in cleaning out my dryer vent. They moved my dryer carefully to clean out the vent behind the dryer. This was a huge plus. I highly recommend this company and service to anyone.

They did an excellent job. They took care of my 12 x 20 deck. They pressure sprayed one day and came back to seal it for the next day. They even had to go get more sealer. They never really contacted me -- I had to reach out to them, which caused a delay in service.

That turned out well. They did what they said they would do. Just one technican came out and it took him about hour.
