It was very good. They were very professional and on time. They did quality work. They were also pleasant. It was a good value.

The two men that came to an excellent job of removing the items from my basement and yard.

They were easy to work with and did good work. Unfortunately it was a lot more expensive because I've got a big house. You really do have to read how many vents & air ducts the big deal covers.

Jeremy and Cameron arrived earlier than expected, but still called to confirm...which was excellent. Very nice and personable guys. They did everything as expected. I'm a stickler for customer service and they definitely met my expectations. Jeremy also reviewed some other services they perform. One item that interested me was deck restoration. He gave me a quote on the spot. I definitely recommend them!!

The service was as advertised. The stairs look so much nicer with the even tone, instead of the worn down look. It is important to realize the the square foot estimate is not just for the decking space: the railing and spindles eat up many square feet. Luckily I realized this before they came, and chose to have them do a side utility deck for the money, instead of paying what would have been a doubling of the price to do the upstairs deck that I originally intended. Not false advertising, but misleading to those of us who don't usually deal with what square footage of a deck/railing means.

Chimney sweeping wasn’t something they were into. These people didn’t know the first thing about fireplaces. They didn’t keep the fireplace and surrounding areas clean. The house stunk for days afterwards.

We agreed to cancel the order as the work that was on the Big Deal was not what we needed to have done.

They squeezed me in at the last minute to come and pick up a truckload of old furniture and trash. They were very professional and fast. I really appreciated that they were willing to accommodate me into their schedule because they knew I was moving out of my house and was closing in a few days. Would definitely use them again if I still lived in the area.

They were fine. They got here pretty quickly and when I asked them to schedule it. They took care of it. My interaction with them was okay. One was real quiet; one was watching the other one work. The work they did was fine. The big deal was for $149. I paid another $60 or $70 because we have a bigger garage.

Both services rendered were excellent! They were very knowledgeable, professional and neat.

The ad was very deceptive! In order to pressure wash and seal my deck, it would have cost an ADDITIONAL $295.00!!!! My deck is not big, large enough to accompany a table/chairs and a BBQ grill. If I had known of all this extra cost, I could have had it done locally and saved myself all this aggravation!

Got estimate and chose stain from color chart. We resolved the price estimate to a more reasonable price. Must read fine print.

They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. The only reason I'm not giving them an A+ is because it took a month to get them to come out and do the job. I would definitely use them again if they aren't so backed up.

Okay. I did leave detailed notes that I wanted a flag pole base secured to a brick wall and the technician did not have the proper drill bit, so I had to find a bit that would work. I just didn't get the feeling the technician had a lot of experience nor got my money's worth from this service. Plus, he did an hour's worth of work and did not mention about the other hour I paid for. He certainly did his best, but I wouldn't use this company in the future.

Unfortunately, we did not hire Environmental Cleaning & Restoration Solutions simply because we had other estimates - one of which could start the work today (time was of the essence). I never even gave them a chance! However, and most important, Jeremy was the most patient, kind and responsive person I have spoken with. I truly plan to use them sometime in the future.

They indicated I was outside their normal service area and they indicated they are going to bundle servicing other members in my area which I means I need to wait a long time, about 3 weeks. They emailed me with the phone number and I called them to schedule over the phone. They got back with me within 24 hours.

They came out but said my garage needed cleaned out before they could clean it out! I do not want to use this big deal. please refund.

They were good. They came early. They did a nice job. They did a little bit of upselling but I was okay with that because that was something I needed. Overall they were pretty quick, they were in and out and that was nice. I definitely noticed the change of the air quality after they had the service. They were mannerly done and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It was a good experience.

The fine print was a little ambiguous.My understanding was that i could get most of my crawlspace managed with the amount I paid. They gave me an estimate and it was three times more than the promotion. The print was a little confusing. Thank you for managing this. I use Angie's List quite a lot and am pleased with the service it provides.

I bought their deal for vent cleaning for the dryer. They cleaned the vent. The only thing that bothered me that the deal did not stipulate the fact that it was only for ten feet or less. And the fact that the excess length was charged at $10.00 a foot. I have an interior dryer that exhausts through the roof over the garage, the distance was nineteen feet and I was charged an additional $90.00 over the deal of $69.00. I thought that was excessive.

Very well. He gave me a call indicating when he'd arrive, and arrived when he said he would. He had no problem crawling under the deck, where there is very low clearance and it's rather dirty, to get to the vent and clean it out. He even pulled out some old junk under there left by the prior tenant and got rid of it. Very friendly and courteous.

.They didnt have a truck so they had to make 2 trips but that was okay. They were courtious

It went very well! Pressure washing in garage wasn't all that I had hoped for but probably the best that was possible.
