They did a great job, and as far as I can tell, the project went well. They didn't vacuum when they were finished, and I didn't wish them to use our vacuum. That was my only feedback. We ended up doing more than the deal, and the cost was in the ball park. The work was done very well, but the clean up could have been done better.

The gentlemen that performed the service were prompt and very friendly. They took the time to explain other services they offered but were not too pushy. I would definitely use them again based on their professionalism.

They showed up right on time, and performed the work contracted within a couple of hours. I suspected we had some mold which they did indeed find, and they =treated the mold for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We purchased the deal on October 1st. We received the call on the 3rd from the company to schedule the date for service. During the appointment scheduling call, the representative Lauren, informed me that they count railing square footage separately. It is not just counting the flat part of the deck. So the 200 sq/ft stated on the coupon isn't going to cover everything. I then asked how much do they charge for each additional sq/ft, she told me around $1.50 to $1.75. So eventually, I will have to pay about $650 on top of the coupon $199 I paid for the size of our deck and railings. $850 for power washing and basic sealing is just not worth the price. Therefore I told it is out of our budget so I have to cancel the service. She was very understanding and very nice.

Purchased a Big Deal to Haul Trash for $69. The company responded quickly and my appointment was set. They called the day of the pickup and confirmed the time they would be there and showed up promptly. Clean up the pile of wood I had and were very professional about it. The only issue I had is that when they got here they informed me that the Big Deal would be for half the small trailer that they had and that a full trailer would cost another $100.Now I'm not real sure whether I did not look at the details of the Big Deal well enough or not so I will not put this on ECS. This is the second time I purchased a Big Deal from this company . The first was for dryer vent cleaning and I had the same experience I ended up spending more than I thought I would with the Big Deal. This is a good company. They do the work well. I suggest that when looking at Big Deals that you fully understand what you will be expecting is the same as what you get before you buy.

They were nice young kids, I had already pulled out everything from under the house, and i had a half of the truck, then the guy wanted me to pay extra costs, I was no way near the max that was on the Big Deal.

They are very nice people, did more than they needed to do, did a very good job.

Really didn't put in the amount of insulation that I asked for. could've probably done better if I keep the deal and just did 500 sqft. If I wasn't pregnant during the time I would have checked their work immediatley after they completed. So it took some time before i found out that they covered recessed lights with the insulation and really left some areas with very little insulation. oh well...lesson learned.

When they came out to look at the work, it turned out I need much more than just this deal. The company was professional.

Their schedule had gotten backed up with a prior job, so they were not able to make it at the time originally agreed upon. They did call and give updates along the way, but ended up arriving at the wrong storage facility.

They were very prompt and courteous. They went about their work in a professional manner and I could tell they were experienced at what they did. They answered my questions in a friendly manner. After they finished, they cleaned up whatever debris they created. Yes, I would recommend them and use them again.

First it took the company forever to call us to set up an appointment The two young men who came to do the work were late, didn't have the equipment to do the job and had to rush around to a variety of Lowe's trying to find the equipment and the material that would allow them do the job. They suggested that their blow-in insulation was better because is wasn't urea formaldehyde (they didn't say what it was, but it was torn up styrofoam which is less effective insulation) One person was somewhat experienced; the other wasn't. They couldn't get the equipment to work initially. The cover for the attic drop-down was a cludgy affair made out of styrofoam sheet with cuts outs for the rafters. It was like the Keystone Cops. What should have taken an hour took the entire morning, and I was completely unimpressed. I would absolutely not use this company again. In the future, i would ask what the specific skills a company that is restoration and Eco-whatever really means. I think this was a way of doing fill-in work, which they did not have the equipment to do. Very unprofessional. Skip them.

They did an excellent job of cleaning out the garage. They were very punctual and professional. I would use them again.

Environmental Cleaning Solutions was very prompt and easy to work with from a scheduling perspective. The service itself turned out to be much more expensive due to how the square footage is calculated (includes all sides of each spindle in the railing). I researched this and determined that this practice is in line with industry standards. I would've preferred to know about the potential cost before they were on site but to their credit, they did give the choice to proceed after providing a quote. The work was of good quality and overall I'm pleased with the service.

I could not have been more pleased. The technicians were punctual and gave me a call to let me know that they were about 10 minutes away. Now that is most considerate. The technicians, Josh and Dave were pleasant, friendly and yet professional. They were wearing company attire and asked me if I wanted them to take off their shoes before entering my home. The were considerate of the surroundings so as not to cause any damage. They took the time to do a good job and by no means created any idle time. I would most definitely recommend them.

Everything went great. Let me tell you that Cameron is a huge asset to the company, an excellent technician. Lauren does all of the scheduling and billing. She provided excellent service as well. This company is extremely easy to work with. Something very important! I initially thought the job wasn't complete. It was. But to their credit, they wanted to make sure they had a satisfied customer. Lauren busted her tale to make sure my needs were met and Cameron came out and explained to me what they had done. They were prepared to re-apply sealer but I stopped them because I was the one in the wrong. Heck yes I'll call them again.

I had two boxes that I needed hauled off, and so I asked if they can also take some rotten lumber. All of this would have fit on their trailer without an issue, but they claimed this was beyond one load, and it would take $35 extra dollars to haul it off too. The techs were on time, and very nice, but I don't understand why I was charged extra.

Great service and very friendly staff.

It went very well. Josh and Dave were running a little late due to an earlier job, but called to keep me informed of their arrival time. Jeremy also called to make sure I knew they were running behind schedule, they were only about 45 minutes late but still within the original 1 hour time frame. They looked at all the items I had and then went to work loading everything onto the trailer. I had large heavy items in 4 different areas and they had no problems collecting everything in a professional, friendly manner. I was very pleased with their work. I found that they offer many other services that I plan on taking advantage of in the future.

Great! Seemed a little pricey but overall I think the work was done very well and price was fair.

I was lucky they were available this week! They were nearby so they arrived within 15 minutes and started work. Not only did they clean out years of lint buildup, they cleaned and checked the tubing from the dry to the wall - and cleaned up the mess! The fellows were very kind and considerate. PS - the additional charge is due to the # of feet from dryer to exterior wall. No problem, glad to get this done!

The gentlemen were very nice and professional. The deal was Cleaning of 12 supply ducts. Two return ducts and one main line. Air duct sanitizing of one system. Dryer vent cleaning up to 10 feet. The total was suppose to be $165.00 and I did not receive the dryer vent cleaning and nothing was even said about it. I had to pay an extra $720.00 because I had 20 air ducts instead of the 12 mentioned in the deal along with some other added services which I can't explain because I was not given a receipt for what all they did. It seems they wanted to add more services than I asked for so they could get more money. It's like lets get in there and then we will add more money to the deal. If these kind of deals are made they should explain in full detail when the package is purchased through Angies List or list that there will be added charges.

They came out this morning and without even going in to the crawl space gave an estimate of $889.
