I had a rant that had to be pressured washed and they did that. So I expected to pay extra.

It went really well. The basement doesn't smell musty anymore. They left everything neat.

The services went very well. They accommodated my strange request. They customized the junk removal for what I needed. I had them clean out an attic. It took them about 3-4 hours. They did a crawl space inspection and they did dryer vent cleaning too. They did some repair to my dry duct vent that cost about $25.00. They were very friendly, polite and helpful.

I was a little disappointed in them. The receptionist asked me if I had a two story house on the phone. Since my ducts were so many feet higher I was charged additional in the appointment, however she never told me that on the phone when she was asking me those questions. I felt a little trapped.

It cost me more than $49. He did the pressure washing but for the $49, it was a very small area. It would have been half the driveway. Of course, I' not going to pressure wash half the driveway so I had to pay an additional amount to get the area done. He was a nice guy. I think I was kind of mislead. It's like you see a pair of shoe in the store and the guy tells you, you can get the shoe for $49 but you only get one shoe. You can't function with just one shoe. Then he said, for the other shoe, it's $93. That's how I felt. I didn't think it was a big deal. The big deal didn't turn out to be a big deal.

Very well. On time, tech worked hard, results excellent. Only area improvement would be good is in responsiveness to call/email; took more than one shot to get them scheduled.

Things went well, I just didnt really appreciate it when they attempted to upsell me to additional services.

The service turned out really good. I added on a few things, and so I paid $250 including the big deal charge. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did a good job.

Technician showed up promptly and worked competently. I bought the energy audit as part of a deal that included 500 square feet of insulation. I opted to go with another company for insulation of my entire house, but I strongly considered ECS.

It went well. The garage looked and smelled clean.

The big deal fine print didn't mention that there is a trip charge because we are further than their "included" radius - I assumed our area was included because the area/county was listed. I was told that the radius is mentioned on their main listing but not on the big deal. I spoke to Lauren while scheduling and we decided to get the work done when their technician was going to coming out to our area for other work as I understand having to drive out just for one job. I was scheduled for the 30th but Lauren called on the 22nd saying that they were in the area and could get it done that day. We decided on 3pm. Lauren was very professional on the phone. The technician called around 1pm saying that he could be there in a few mins. I was out so could not agree to that even though he said I didn't had to be home as he should be able to get the cleaning done from outside. I wanted to be home to know exactly what was done so told him I would call him back as soon as I returned. Around 2pm I called him back and he came over in a few mins. It was a good thing that I decided to be home because while trying to clean from the outside he discovered that the vent pipe was disconnected at one point in the attic. He gave me an estimate to fix it, we agreed and he took care of it. Technician was professional and kept the work areas clean. I am glad I decided to get the cleaning done even though we didn't really need it being a newer house otherwise would not have found out about the vent issue. Overall had a good experience and will use their services again.

It went well and as stated above we will use their services for future projects.

After purchasing a "special", I received a call to confirm an appt. They called 40 min in advance of apointment to inform me that they were on the way. Arrived on time. I told them I had new carpet installed and they immediately removed their shoes at the door. Completed dryer vent cleaning promptly and efficiently. I would hire them again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for a friend who had recently bought a house and knew that he needed more attic insulation. The deal was $99 for 500 sq ft of insulation. My friend ended up paying an additional $1300 because he had 1800 sq ft of attic space to insulate. He was okay with the price and felt that the service was good. The provider showed up on time and was professional. I thought it strange that the provider does not have insulation with him on the truck and that he doesn't use the typical blown in insulation. My friend told me that the provider comes to the house, measures, then goes to Home Depot or Lowes and purchases bats of insulation and then comes back and cuts up the bats himself and then blows it in. This seemed strange to me - I had insulation blown into my attic 5 years ago and the whole process took less than 20 minutes. My providers had a large hose mounted on their truck and they just brought the hose up into the attic and blew everything in. My friends process took several hours. It made me question whether the provider really was proficient in this job or was just trying to do something new to keep the crews busy. My friend, however, seemed to feel comfortable with everything and felt the provider did a good job.

The extra area to be done was so expensive that we could not afford to have the additional driveway done. They should share the cost of extra areas upfront. It was five times the cost for the same area to be done as the special. In the end they only did the area covered in the special and left. The cement looked nice and clean just wish they would make the additional areas affordable.

Our house is big, but when the provider came out and measured the space that needed to be cleaned, it was a looot more than the coupon value. They gave us some discounts but still it cost us a lot more than what we expected. If I knew that it would cost that much, I would not have started, but it's good to get it done.

Purchased big deal off of Angies List. Provider called and said that I was outside of service area and that there was a trip charge. They were kind enough to split the trip charge with another customer that purchased a deal in my area so I only had to pay half the trip charge. At least they told me that up front and worked with me. They were responsive to emails and calls. Day of service, David showed up on time (actually a little early) and did a good job. He was courteous and professional. Overall good job.

The work far surpassed my expectations -- efficient and professional. I would definitely use their services again.

The work they did was great, but they wanted too many extra fees to complete the job. They made the deal sound like it covered much more than it did in reality.

I didn't have the deal done, due to needing emergency service before the work could get scheduled.

They did a fine job. It ended up costing us an additional $700.00 because we had multiple returns and also our motor needed cleaned. They were on time and professional.
