They very nice, they looked through the schedule several times to try and fit me in but couldn't for three weeks.

He was very punctual, professional, and courteous. He did a great job on removing all of the lint in the vent. He took pictures at different times, showing me what it looked like on each step, as he worked. He did a fantastic job, and I would not hesitate using his company, again.

I would never suggest this company to anyone. I needed my vents cleaned as a part of the closing on my house. They cancelled on me 8 hours before the job at 7:00 pm when they closed at 8:00. I tried to call them back at 7:30 and no one answered. My closing on my home was the next morning at 10:30 am. When I finally got in touch with someone the next morning, the technician told me that he would come out in a week because other orders were more important than mine. The owner called me and reschedule me for the following Tuesday. The technician who came out called me 4 times while I was at work. Tried to sell me additional services that I didn't want and charged me an additional 220 dollars.

Came in on time, advised that Angies's list purchase did not cover cleaning up the full vent. We paid extra for additional work.

First off, this is a very positive review with one caveat about the price of the service. I will break it down in categories:\ CUSTOMER SERVICE: Absolutely phenomenal. They arrived on time, were polite, professional, explained the work, the costs, and then began working hard. Took a while to finish since we had a lot of supplies and returns in a 3,500sqft home. Also, the customer service in setting up the appointment over the phone was also perfection. The company excels here. You can tell they take CS very seriously in all aspects of their business, and that did not go unnoticed. WORKMANSHIP: The work performed was simple. Cleaned out all supplies and returns in our home. They worked very hard, and did a fantastic job. I have zero complaints whatsoever, and was very pleased with the results. PRICE: Here is the bugaboo. Is the company amazingly good at what they do? YES. Do they treat you right? YES. Is it a reasonable price for the service performed? EMPHATIC NO. To be more precise, the service cost roughly $400 in total to simply clean the supplies and returns. However, I was under the impression that price included sanitation of the air ducts as well, as other companies provide this with the same priced service. It did not. That would have been an additional $250-$400 dollars to include both mold protection and their sanitation package (which were a la carte). No thank you. I had quotes from another company I have used in the past that was around the same price I paid EC&R, and that included the sanitation. I went with EC&R since I thought it was included, thus making it a better deal. I could have said no but really needed the service done that day. I short, an amazingly professional company. They treat you like gold, they are punctual, they work hard, and they do a great job. They just charge way more than competitors to do it. I will be using my old company again in the future, who are equally good and include the sanitation at the same price.

They are prompt, very detailed in explaining things, very responsive, very customer oriented, and a pleasure to work with so far.

I wasn't very pleased with them. They initially tried to charge me double the deal cost, but I managed to pay a bit less. Furthermore, I don't know if they ever sanitized the ducts on my second floor, since I never saw anyone go up there. I was kind of annoyed.

They did a GREAT job! I would definitely use them again. It turned out to be quite expensive, though. Initial deal was $49 for a very small area. I knew I would have to pay more for the additional area but was surprised that it was so much more. I'm overall very pleased.

The guys called about 50 minutes before they were to arrive to let me know they were on their way. They arrived within the time the appointment was scheduled for. Asked if they should take their shoes off, which was unnecessary, but I appreciated that they asked. Got straight to it and performed everything requested. They vacuumed the areas and cleaned all the vents, even the really dirty ones which was very nice of them and something I did not expect of them. They did recommend extra services, and although I was hesitant, I decided to go for it since we had recently moved into this house and there had previously been a roach and rodent problem and it was obvious the house wasn't cared for in between owners. Overall I was pleased with this service. The men were very nice, polite, and explained everything that was done and needed to be done. I would recommend them.

Overall went well. A couple of hickups, but at the end of the day, they accomplished what I wanted them too.

Well I should have read the fine print. The deal was only for 10 ft. After that it was 10 dollars for every additional foot. I had another 21 ft to get the whole vent clean. So my $69 coupon cost my 275. Wasn't to happy Make sure you read the fine print. IF you only have 10 ft the service would be worth it.

I am very satisfied with the services performed and the professionality of the providers. The guys who showed up were great, very respectful, and punctual. They cleaned up with their own vacuum when they left, which was really nice.

Although I did not get to use their service, I wanted to mention that the company left messages for us 3 times (about every other week) to remind us that we needed to schedule an appointment (since we already paid). That is amazing to me. They kept in touch, were very professional, and they reminded us often that we paid for a service and they'd like to come out and do the work. I'd use them in a heartbeat if I still lived in the state.

This deal was basically a sales call. They provided the minimal amount of blown insulation and a terrible attic box. They constructed it of cheap quality styrofoam insulation in a rectangle which is next to impossible to move and put back over our attic opening when shutting the stairs. I was expecting the zipper kind of attic tent you see advertised everywhere, not this cheap excuse for an attic opening covering. I would not purchase this deal if I could have a do over and don't feel like it was a deal at all. They were basically looking to sell you additional attic insulation and didn't seem interested in doing a quality job with the attic opening when I wasn't interested in buying their additional recommendations. Would love to get my money back on this "deal".

Two technicians came and were very professional and efficient. Josh answered my questions and made some recommendations. Overall a great job. Will call them again.

Everything was fine until they told me the deal was for only 10 feet of vent and it was going to be $10 per foot for every foot over 10 feet. I think that info should have been in the deal explanation and not sprung on me when they got there. I have to say though that the workers were very good at what they do and I am recommending them to a family member.
