This is the third time I have used this company. Does that tell you anything? One of those was for deck restoration. In every instance I received nothing but professionalism, quality and fairness. Have any questions? Jeremy's wife does a great job with any billing or scheduling questions.

I purchased Angie's Big Deal for 500 square feet of blown-in insulation. Inspection of the attic insulation revealed that the amount was under code and Jeremy recommended an additional 300 square feet. I agreed and he added the required amount to bring the level up to code. Jeremy also pointed out a problem with one section of my HVAC duct which he stated was causing significant energy loss. It was easily remedied. Jeremy and his assistant were very professional and punctual. I highly recommend his company.

They were excellent, kind punctual and worked as hard as any contractor we've ever hired!

I bought into special advertised on website. $199 for 200 square feet of deck power washed and sealed. The company came out and told me the cost would be an additional $900. I told them no thank you. They said they understood and that they did not care for the way Angie's List advertised this "special" and that they had no say in how the advertisement was worded. I will call to get my $199 back from Angie's List.

Do to circumstances we will not be needing the Big Deal

Please take my review with a grain of salt if need be; I do not have prior experience with this. Environmental cleaning showed up on Monday; their machine broke before they were able to do any duct cleaning, however they had already cleaned my fan/blower/motor and housing, so asked for that money before leaving. I was shown a picture the gentleman supposedly took of my fan...I honestly questioned the validity of the picture, but did not pursue it further. The service I bought with Angie's List was not performed for another 2 weeks or so; not sure exactly...because their machine broke and they had no back up. The company had to wait for the part to come in...when it did, it was the wrong one, so it had to be re-ordered. Once it came in, the company scheduled quickly, and completed the job. Something to be aware of...every vent in your house is counted, and "returns" are also counted as the small vents on the bottom of your wall, next to your floor. They also counted the tiny vents on the very top of the bathroom wall. Those are about 8" wide, and were not cleaned even though I specifically asked whether they had been cleaned and was told, "Yes". I had over 10 "returns"...and the service only covered part of the return vents. I had to pay $20 per return thereafter, which was $100. The fan/motor/blower housing cleaning was $300, although I don't see the value in that--as it was cleaned in under 10 minutes. I was also charged for a 2nd main line cleaning because "farther away from the fan, the line 'branched off' to provide air to the entire house." That was only an additional $10. So all in all, I ended up paying $440 additional. I bought the $129 from Angie's list, so the total was $580. I don't believe the $580 has done much to help in our home. We do have a lot of animals, but that being said, it's not animal hair that settles on a newly dusted surface; within 5 minutes of having cleaned, there is still a layer of dust that comes out of vents onto everything in the home. This is why we had the ducts cleaned in the first place--because there has always been a problem with dust settling onto every surface within a few minutes of cleaning. We also have pulled up the carpet since the ducts were cleaned, thinking that that was also another issue...still, to no avail, our surfaces continue to have dust as soon as they are cleaned. I can only assume this is because the ducts are still not clean enough to not blow dirt out of them. All in all, I guess I expected better results than what I received. I'm not sure if my expectations were too high, or if the service was just low quality. The gentlemen were professional and very kind. They moved furniture to get to ducts, which was not something I expected. That was a very nice surprise. I did expect to have less dust in our home, however that has not improved...so again, I don't know if I just expected too much. I have never had to have the ducts cleaned in my home before, so do not have any prior experience with this as is.

I had purchased Angies Big Deal for air ducts and dryer vent cleaning for $175. I ended up having the blower and housing cleaned as well because they were very dusty. There was a couple of other little things I had done as well. The guys were all very professional, arrived on time and put everything back in place that they had to move to get to the registers. Very happy with their service.

The Special was a Truck load for $69; however, once they got here they said the things I showed them could go over half a trail load and could be $20.00 more. The trailer had sides were less then two feet tall and no smaller then a normal pick-up truck. After they completed loading everything, they wrote me a bill for $50.00 more then the special. I had to go behind them to get them to take everything I had requested; they said it was done but when I checked they had left items. They did not clean-up, leaving a trail of trash from my storage room, down the stairs, through the yard. I do not trust them.

Did a great job. Price was a little more than the deal but it was explained to me prior and I understood why. They did a good job.

They were very friendly and cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend them, I do think some of the services were a bit pricey on top of the original deal but I was pleased with the work.

My first experience with an Angie's List deal, about $130 to clean out ducts, vents, ect in heating system. Not sure about the quality of the work, since it's all out of sight under the house. Took almost a month to work me into their schedule; but no hardship really. It was not an emergency job. Called and tried to upsell me on 3 different things. Kind of like when you go to a quick lube place for a fast oil change and they walk into the waiting room with a handful of parts they want to replace. I have a small house, but was told that the deal only covered so many ducts and exchanges, and that it would be another $80 to do them all. Again, no idea if this is true, as I can't go under the house and count the ducts. (This is at a rental property an hour from me). Not a very good first impression from this company. Not sure if I'd call them again.

the men that came and cleaned were friendly and quick but my big complaint is the "bait & switch" on pricing. I bought the vent cleaning for $77 and they "measured" and said I had an extra 5' at $10 a foot.

He was very good, he came out with his partner. They did a great inspection and told me things to look out in future. They did a great job.

The deck cleaning was fine, but after the job, they left without speaking to me. They had put everything back in the wrong place and I had to get help to get everything back where it should have been.

My appointment was for 4/12/15, but I got a phone call on 4/8/15 asking if I would want the job done that day since they had some time and could fit me in. They came about 1/2 hr. later and spent about 1/2 hr. cleaning the dryer vent. The 2 men were very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything when they were done. The only negative thing was that I thought I would be paying the sale price of $69.00, but I found out that that is for 10 ft. of venting. I had an additional 5 ft., which at @$10 per ft., cost $50.00 more. So, the final cost was $119.00. They told me that it was stated in the ad, but it must have been in very fine print. I think this company should state "clearly" that there might be an additional charge. It's still not a bad price, but it's not a bargain either.

I am very satisfied. I had to pay a little additional because the deal covers 10 feet and I had 15. It should have been $70 but he only charged me $50.

It was okay. Everything was fine. They came when I purchased the big deal. They were good. My overall experience was excellent.

They were very professional, I felt that they were experts in what they did, but their price was so far out of what I was expecting, even with the Angies List "deal" that I chose not to use them and forfeited the $200. Lesson Learned.

Everything was good. They were willing to negotiate and I was satisfied with the quote and decided to move ahead with them.

I purchased the deal on the 18th; awaited their call that was supposed to happen within 2 business days; never heard from them; left a message on the 28th; called Angie's List on the 31st to cancel the order after not hearing back from them. They finally called back on the 31st or a day or so later; apologized, saying my voice message on the 28th "somehow went to her cell phone." She offered to setup a pickup, but the earliest date would be a week out. This would make it 20 days later than the latest date I had initially requested, so I cancelled...again.

I received quotes for much less than this Deal is worth from other companies, so I requested a refund.

It went well. They were very personable. It felt like a mom and pop business. One cleaner came out.

I expected a bigger truck, but it worked out ok. It ended up the workers took much of the stuff for their personal use. Things like golf clubs, sports equipment, tools, etc.

We had 2 gentlemen here for 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned an sanitized our systems - of which we have 2. They also cleaned the dryer ventilation. This is a recently purchased house and every time the heat came on, my allergies would explode. After they finished, we left the fan on the systems running for 40 minutes, as recommended, to distribute the sanitizer throughout the systems. It definitely made the air smell fresh and clean. We also put highly rated filters into all of our intakes to remove remaining particles/allergens in the air. That evening when the heat came on, I was great. I went from having to be on 3 allergy pills each day to none . . . which is wonderful. I'm sure as Spring progresses, I'll need to be on some medication when spending a lot of time outside, but for now I am extremely happy to have much cleaner air inside. I will use them again. I believe they also do gutter cleaning . . . which will be one of our next projects.

It went very well and I am very pleased with the work that they did.
