First, you have to understand that you are paying for the SF of deck PLUS the rails and steps; not deck and rails. My deck was 289 SF, so I paid the $199, then you pay $1.39 per SF. Now the deck floor is one measurement. My deck was 289, but that doesn't include three sides of rails and one set of stairs about 4 treads. I refused to let them do anything but the deck floor because of budget and just felt duped. The deck-only cost was $313 total. If I had paid for my "deck and rails" that would have been $404.12 then add at least $50 to $60 more for a few steps. Maybe I'm the only dumb one around who would think a deck should include the rails, but at $1.39 per SF, I can do it myself. They used Thompson Watersealer which isn't any super duper sealant. I generally feel like it was a come-on ad to get them there are raise the price. I will not use them again. Oh, most of the crew seemed to understand my frustration; the crew leader had no sympathy at all for how they advertised the coupon. Try someone else.

Jeremy was great! Came out to give us an estimate, and when he finished a job early he stopped by to do the work. Cleaned the gutters out, made sure all the leaves were disposed of and we now have a contract for them to come out in the fall. Excellent work and service!

they arrived promptly, cleared the deck - explained that it might be a two step process because the deck would need to dry before they sealed it. they got started, power washed and was supposed to nail down loose boards on the deck and also the railing...I don't see where that was done because those two boards on the deck are still rising and the railing doesn't appear any closer together plus I don't see extra nails or screws in them...well any way, since my deck gets direct sunlight it dried quickly, so they were able to seal it all in one day. We had agreed that they didn't have to come back to put the items back on the deck because the sealant would need to dry for 24 hours at least. Well upon the first couple of rains that we have been having, I don't see the water beading as I expected it to. I wonder if the sealant should have been applied after a full day of drying...but I don't know and that is the reason we hired professionals. I would like it if they would come back out and check those boards and to see if the sealant took the way it was supposed to. If they resolved what I believe to be outstanding concerns, the ratings would go up significantly.

Did a good job. However, we had an issue over the charge for exceeding the length of the vent line, since ours didn't go straight out, but up to the ceiling and then out, which created a large difference and the rate requested for the extra footage was very excessive, in my opinion. Finally, we did compromise, but it was still more than I expected to pay. But, the work was first- rate.

They took everything out of the garage, cleaned the floors and walls, threw out the trash then put everything back in and organized it.

They did a great job, although I expected a truckload to be bigger ...but they still got a lot of stuff cleared out for me.

Bought the coupon for $69 and I couldn't figure out if I have the junk that is one truck load or 900 lbs. they came to the house and told me that this would be two truck loads and will cost more. Wish I would have clear understanding of the fine print. I couldn't even tell looking at their trailer if that is meant for 2 truck loads. I had to take their word for granted and paid more. To their credit they gave me some discount. The work performed was good as well.

Everything went well. Two man team was very efficient in loading and securing the items on their trailer. Total time for loading and for the inspection of the crawlspace was approx. 1.5 hours.

They arrived on time and cleaned the dryer vent in a timely manner. Very nice and professional.

The guys were very friendly and professional. I used the hauling service they came and cleared some things from the garage that I don't use and I plan to use them again since I've had some remodeling done to take away some old light fixtures.

well, they found it, it was bad mold.

Everything went very well. The men were very gracious and personable. They joked with one another. Being in their presence was made easy by their willingness to do what was necessary to get the job done.

The workers' estimate to powerwash and seal my deck was $1,200 after the $199 Angie's List Big Deal. The 2 other bids I received were $400 and $300. This company was only (only?) going to charge $700 using their own sealer, but I wanted them to use my tinted sealer and they changed the bid to $1,200 because they had to evenly apply the tinted one and be careful not to get it on the sides of the house! They wouldn't do that anyway? After I balked, they called their office to negotiate a lower price and it was still $1000. I would never call this company again. Their price could have been half of the cost for a whole new deck!

They took care of everything, broke down a good 30-40 boxes and hauled everything away. There were a few items they couldn't get (because of the load size) but it was much better than I had expected. Excellent service, recommend and would certainly use them again.

I was cleaning out house prior to sale closing. I had removed all the junk and trash items from the crawl spaces and carried it down stairs. On the day of service, while waiting at the house for arrival of crew, got a call that they had trouble with their van. They were very apologetic and said would be on their way soon. They made it over, calling to let me know they were on the way first. They packed up as much as they could carry on their trailer and van and hauled away the junk. They were very nice and courteous.

Technician also noticed mold on some of the wood beams (showed me pictures on his camera phone). I did not go into the crawl space. Additional $250 to spray mold. Technician David was very professional and friendly. Explained everything thoroughly.

The deal was for 200 sq ft. ours is 325 sq ft. it would be additional $1.50/sq ft also $1.50/sq ft for railing and steps. So we decided to go elsewhere. They were polite and professional.

David did the work on my deck and exceeded my expectations. He called 15 to 20 minutes to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He applied a cleaning solution, scrubbed the deck, and then pressure washed it. All the black mildewed on the deck was totally removed. Before David started applying the sealer he took time up front to tape off areas where the spray would get on the house. The job turned out great and I would recommend Environmental Cleaning & Restoration Solutions. They are a professional company. Thanks.

Prompt and professional. Cost a lot more than expected. Worker indicated there was no way all could be removed and showed me the area where treatment would continue to address mold. Unfortunately I do not know enough about this service to be certain if it was a fair price but it was much more than the deal I purchased.

lt went fantastic, better than expected. There was never a day that Jeremy and his team were not professional, courteous, or punctual. There was not a day that passed that we were not asked if there was anything that they could do, or if we saw something they were supposed to do, but was overlooked. It was never the case, as they were very thorough and efficient in every way. It was a big job andthey handled it with ease. We would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Josh did a perfect job. The trash included some items with shapes not easy to fit together in one balanced load. Josh knows how to make it work.
