I would ask them to double check behind themselves to make sure they didn't miss anything afterwards. But otherwise was fine. They did exactly what they said they would do.

They were on time and polite. However the price was way more than I anticipated. I purchased the $199 deal. I have a small (1,700 sq ft home), so I assumed this would cover my house. I ended up spending $475, and that was supposedly a discount. It was $150 extra for the extra dry vent length (15 feet), $40 extra for 3 additional mainlines, $30 extra for 3 vents and $20 extra for a return. Just be aware that the $199 deal doesn't really mean anything because nobody will be able to get all the work done for that price. I even had to supply my own garbage bags, which I thought at this price I should not have had to do, So overall, no issues with the service except deceptive pricing practice. Since I don't see this w/ other people in their reviews, I am really wondering if I was ripped off. No way to judge quality, since I just have to take his word for what was done.

Please don't use these people. They overwork and over-schedule their employees. I have no idea why their ratings are so high but I was told that you can hide Angie's List reviews. We shall see how long this one stays up. I'm all about flexiblity, but if I am to be flexible, I still want a quality job done. I didn't buy the deal off of Angie's list because the girl on the phone gave me the same rate when I called to inquire about their availability. The day of the service the crew lead called to see if it was okay if he moved my 12 to 4 - that's fine, I'm flexible as I said. However, they got here and pretty much pulled out a regular vacuum cleaner to clean the returns and who in the heck knows what the other guy was doing outside (something about negative airflow - I think he probably had a regular vacuum cleaner hose attached to the unit outside). I knew whatever they were doing wasn't right but the crew lead looked so tired, I honestly didn't have it in my heart to throw a fit. I just had Advantaclean of Monroe redo the ducts which was a part of a mold wash/crawlspace encapsulation project. Triple the price even with the package discount, but all of those things you hear about air duct scams, I now understand from this experience. When Advantaclean did them I literally thought their little whipper things that go in the ducts were going to go through my floor - this is a good thing. And they had a massive unit downstairs in my basement pulling out the debris. I didn't see anything but a truck and a vacuum cleaner with this company. They went to each and every vent, even the old school baseboards that you can't remove easily, and taped them off, cleaned up the debris that made it's way through the cleaning because their equipment was so powerful some of the tape came off spewing dust (this can be alleviated by putting towels over the tape as well...just do it), showed me pictures of what was left behind from the "cleaning" that this company did (so gross), and said that our ducts hadn't been cleaned in at least 10 years (new home purchase...it's not my fault). "Oh really? 10 years? Well, actually it was about a month ago!" Just don't. You've been warned and I don't complain. Oh, and I will be adding this review to Google which i was told cannot be erased. Please don't overwork your employees to make a quick buck! You end up losing out on repeated clients in the end. Silly business decisions.

The technicians were very friendly and seemed to get the work done efficiently BUT they disconnected my washer and did not put my washer back together. When I washed there was a flood. They also did not clean up the mess that they blew onto the walls. That part of the service was VERY disappointing.

The job was done perfectly. They were prompt and did a great job cleaning up. Although the extra insulation (to R-44, well above code, per my request) did not resolve the entirety of my cooling issues, the owner came by to inspect everything and gave me some recommendations for how to improve the situation, including giving me references -- this was not an upsell of his services. Highly recommended.

Fabulous. Very professional, very courteous. Would highly recommend the job that they did. Excellent customer service all the way around. Can't say enough good things about them.

Service went pretty well. They cleaned the air vents in the house and said they were not too bad. House was built in 2006 and we moved in in 2015, so not sure how dirty they were. We are expecting a baby in September so wanted to be proactive about it. They do not show before and after photos, so just took their word for it. Only thing I didn't like is that when I called to schedule the appointment the lady told me to definitely ask for them to sanitize the vents since Im pregnant and we have a baby coming and that would be ideal. But, when the guys showed up to do the service they said that was not included in the deal I purchased and that it would be an extra $70. I did not have the money for that so didn't get it, but felt like I got bait and switched since the lady on the phone knew I had the deal and talked me into the sanitizing but didn't tell me it was extra. Other than that, everything went pretty well.

It was fine. I need a follow-up with me with a quote. They didn't get back after that. I'm actually getting work done. The deal itself and them coming by were fine. I was supposedly to get a quote from them for additional service but I never got it. They said they would send me a quote but they never did. The guy was good. Their punctuality was fine.

It was okay. It was a lot more than I expected that. I had to call them back because they ended up missing some of the depths that they were supposed to clean up. Quality was a little okay. It was alright. I had additional vents. The total was $650.

They reported that were repairs necessary that were not. They charged for the estimate and that is typically done for free. I found that out by getting additional estimates with other companies for comparison. The other two companies said that there was nothing wrong and no repairs needed in the crawl space. The other two companies showed me pictures of were there were no damages. The vapor barrier was in tack and dry.

It went very well, professional, efficient and put together a complete inspection thatIi was very happy with and gave recommendations for the future.
