They were very nice. They didn’t refund the money. It was one of the sales, I think it was like $39. It was a coupon. They did come out and all of that, they tried, but they couldn’t do it; and said that they would just refund the money, but they never did. The price was very good. I don’t know about the quality because they didn’t get to do anything. I would use them again, but I would not use them to fix a stove. They told me they mainly do pressure washing, which I don’t know how they got to fixing stoves. I would probably use them to do pressure washing.

I don't have any dislikes. They were prompt, on time, excellent service. They were nice, no problems. It was excellent. I would recommend them.

They charged me a little bit extra since I have a longer dryer vent. They cleared out the blockage and I am satisfied with the service.

It wasn?t the best. They had a coupon on Angie?s List, it was a Big Deal. They could have been a little bit more professional. They tried to up sell me on a lot of stuff that seemed like it should have been included. After we went back and forth, they agreed to do it. It seemed like the big deal was kind of to get them into the door and then they were trying to sell a whole bunch of other stuff. They just weren?t very professional. Two guys showed up in wife-beater shirts with a machine that kept stopping and the guy couldn?t figure out how to use it. Then one of them left, and left the other guy trying to figure out how to use it. Then he came back an hour or something. It just wasn?t professional.

Actual work went well. Both workers were friendly and respective.

I wasn't here when the service was performed but based on what my husband said, it was fine. We had to spend more because of the extra footage that was required. They did what they said they would do so we were fine with that. They were excellent. The work was fine.

The coupon only includes 10 feet of duct cleaning. It cost an additional $100 to go the 10 feet to the outside of the house.

Everything went very smoothly and I was satisfied with the results. The reason I gave a low mark for price is that I could have purchased the same product at The Home Depot for $60.00. Anyone will give free estimates on attic insulation needs. So, basically, I paid a premium of $79 to have the tent installed. It was simple enough that I could have done it and I am disabled. But, it was nice having someone else buy it and install it.

I used them and I liked the work they did. I think I was overcharged. They cleaned my deck, but they calculated some extra areas which I was not very very satisfied with the way they calculated it. But because they had already started the work, I just let them finish. I did not hesitate to tell them that I was not satisfied with the way they had added on certain areas. From the advertising, they could have given me an indication that they were going to probably charge me more for extra space. Maybe it was in the fineprint and I didn't read it. I was not happy with the pricing.

When they came through the door, I recognized the service technician and I pointed out to him that I was not satisfied with the work he had done before and I told him why and we proceeded to do the second work. What stood out was that they were much more diligent, they took it a little bit more seriously.

Excellent. Joshua showed up and was very professional. He explained the services he was going to provide and then got to work. Did a great job. Cleaned a ton of lint out of the dryer vent. Very good service and well worth it. Highly recommend.

Work was performed in a professional manner. My husband spoke with the staff member and all work was explained and followed up, upon completion. We are happy with the results.
