+ -1 moreOUR TWO STORY HOUSE WAS BUILT WITH A ONE-UNIT A/C SYSTEM DUE TO MUCH OF THE UPSTAIRS BEING A LOFT. THE LOFT WAS THEN CLOSED OFF WHICH DISRUPTED THE A/C AND HEATING DESIGN. ROB MCCLINTOCK EXPLAINED THAT INSTALLING A 2-UNIT SYSTEM WOULD BE THE BEST, BUT MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION ($12,000 - $15,000). HE WAS THE ONLY ONE OF THREE OTHERS WHO PROVIDED ESTIMATES THAT SUGGESTED THE OPTION OF USING A DAMPER, ZONE CONTROL SYSTEM AS A COST EFFECTIVE COMPROMISE. WHEN ASKING THE OTHER THREE CONTRACTORS ABOUT USING A DAMPER SYSTEM, ONE SAID IT WOULD NOT WORK AND THE OTHER TWO WERE MORE EXPENSIVE. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE.

WITHIN 20 HOURS OF OUR FIRST CONVERSATION, ROB MCCLINTOCK SHOWED UP AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, A BURNT-OUT WIRE. WE WERE THRILLED TO HAVE OUR HEAT BACK SO FAST, AND AT A VERY REASONABLE COST.
