Jeff runs an amazing business! The Tech didn't have the required part on his truck. Tech called Jeff and Jeff checked on cheapest source for the part! :) Tech went out to get the part and returned promptly to fix lighting. JEFF DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR TECH'S TIME TO GO GET THE PART! JEFF ROCKS!

Excellent, nice guys, did a great job. Took care to not damage the tables under where they were working. Will absolutely use them again.

Great. For the troubleshooting, they tried several things to fix it, and then explained that I would ultimateyl have to run a new line from my home to the outbuilding. But, the technician offered some great workarounds. I have contracted with the same company to come out and do more work. Great value for the price. I will defiinitely continue to use them.

Mr. Little and his crew of one, arrived early, got to work immediately. Since this was work being done in a downstairs area, they encountered some problems getting the wires in the correct locations. We had thought there would be two holes in our ceiling (so the overhead light could be centered and the new switch leg could be installed. He was able to install the switch leg without having to cut a second hole in our ceiling by spending the time to work out the problem of getting the wire in position. Mr. Little called me later in the evening, as he left his man here to do the last minute finish up, which included vacuuming all signs of their work. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the results and told me to call if there were any problems. Needless to say I was surprised by this courtesy. I had been quoted a lot more money for this job than Mr. Little charged me and I felt it was more in keeping with the job that was done.

Very good. As stated before: Arrived on time, clean in appearance, courteous, and did job in a timely manner.

Jeff Little of Ideal Electric was prompt in responding to my request for help and he arrived at my home at the appointed time. He actually was running late but he called ahead to be sure it was still ok to meet at a later time. I was very pleased that he did this! Jeff gave me a very prompt estimate and we arranged for him to begin work. Unfortunately, my flooring plans changed as my installer changed my install date, so I had to cancel with Ideal. (I ended up using another company on Angie's List who was available to help prior to my floor install date.) Jeff was very professional. The only reason I would probably not call him back is the price he quoted; I had not gotten another estimate due to the time crunch, but I see that the other company will be significantly cheaper overall and their work has been very good.

He was very organized and very professional. He explained everything to us in detail. He got everything done in a timely manner. He even came out again to answer some questions.

He did exactly what he said he would do. He was on time to give me a written estimate, stuck to that estimate, showed up on time (actually early) on the work day, and even finished off the coach lights with some mortar to fill in the small cracks between the stone work and the coach lights! Very polite and nice to work with.

Jeff provided an estimate that beat 2 of his competitors for the job, and was recommended by the spa seller. He was right on time and finished earlier than his estimate. Per my request, ran the line under the decking (attached to the top of the underside of the deck) and into the ground dug a 6 foot trench and buried the line in conduit. When done, he walked through and showed me the setup on the main and auxiliary breakers. Price was exactly as expected.

Jeff is extremely professional in his appearance, his manners and his work. Due to changes with our pool installation date, we had to ask Jeff to reschedule with us on multiple occasions. He was very accommodating to our needs. After he began the work he had quoted, he asked me if I wanted him to install an additional electrical outlet by the pool. I initial said no, but he convinced me it may be a good idea, just in case I decided to install low voltage lighting in the yard at a future date. I agreed to have him install the outlet but did not ask him about the cost. When I received my bill from him, I was surprised to see the additional cost was $0.00 - he just did it for free! I would recommend Jeff for any electrical projects and would hire him again without hesitation.

Jeff was extremely polite and professional. He stuck to his original estimate even after an inspector required much more work than expected to be done to approve everything. The extra work had to do with existing electrical that Jeff had not installed or modified. Jeff even paid to purchase and personally installed a 3 ft. interlocking rubber decking around the (portable) hot tub despite our offers to pay as we did not think it was his obligation. Jeff thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete, he was prompt, and always responsive to our questions. We had never met Jeff before we called him for an estimate. We also received an estimate from another electrician that was much higher than Jeff's. We highly recommend Jeff Little and will definitely call him for any future electrical needs.

Super! Jeff works very well, moving quickly not wasting time and expert skills at fishing new lines within the older home. I expected this job with all the different things he was addressing to take all day. He worked hard and finished the job within a few hours only charging me a flat rate of $200. I had received quotes from two other good (larger) electrical companies who quoted $500-1000 for the job. Highly recommend using Jeff, he is a hard worker and honest. A+!
