Nathan came to the house at the time he had specified. We had approx. 6 inches of water standing under the house. He took one look and said that will be a $1,000.00 for a sump pump and a French drain, but he did not check if an mold has been forming on the wood under the house.

mr. thompson promptly scheduled an appt to survey the crawl space.... and showed up on time. provided a quote to do the work. i accepted his quote. he scheduled the work and he and his crew showed up on time . it took 2 men about 4.5 hours.

A serviceman was scheduled 2 days later. The mold was eliminated in the closets and a new barrier covers the crawlspace.... leaving me peace of mind.....a 10% discount was honored because I'm a member of Angie's List. I'm also a Realtor and will refer Nathan to all my clients and colleauges.

Showed up on time and finished on time. Was very happy with the outcome, it made an immediate difference with the air quality in the house. Nathan came out after to make sure the job was done right and I was happy. Would highly recommend.

I called several providers and Nathan's group was the first to respond. He inspected the area and discussed the project with us. The estimate was spot on and the work was top notch. His group was timely and worked diligently to finish the job. They cleaned up after the job and Nathan came back out to review their work!

Overall, it was good.

They setup a meeting to come see exactly where the mold was coming from (mold started in one of our bathrooms). He was able to locate what/where the mold was coming from. He took pictures of our crawl space to show us exactly where the probelm was. He then setup a day to come out and take care of it. They removed ALL the mold and setup a vapor barrier. They were on time and never left until the job was completely done. Nathan came back the next day for a walk through and to show us exactly what repairs he did BEFORE he was paid and we were completely and totally satisifed! They were just wonderful to work with and I HIGHLY recommend them! We also setup a time for them to come back in the spring to see if everything is fine.

The 2 guys worked hard, showed up on time, wonderful and polite, cleaned up everything......all went great! I initially talked to Nathan who was just wonderful to deal with. This past spring, 6 months after the work was done I was still having moisture issues, and Nathan recommended that I put a dehumidifier down there. We had discussed doing this last fall when the work was completed, but at that time we did not know if it would be necessary. With dehumidifier installed it is going great! No moisture at all. I just had a termite inspection done recently, and the inspector said that it was dry as a bone and so clean that you could eat lunch down there! I did check out many competetors, and their prices were much higher (up to $20,000) and were trying to sell me stuff that I did not need....ie.trenching, etc. I had this work done about a year ago and this has been the wetest summer ever! and still very dry, so no need to spend the extra $'s for unnecessary work. Also just had an issue with some mold in the upstairs bathroom and Nathan came by to check it out and again was so helpful! Do not use anyone else! I seldom write reviews, but this company deserves the recognition.

Everyone on Nathan's team, including Nathan, was professional, courteous, punctual and worked very efficiently. They prepped and cleaned the worksite(s) and were responsive to any questions we had as the work progressed. They even answered follow up questions almost immediately. They were able to provide the necessary documentation regarding the installation of the sump pump and their inspection/review of the crawlspace.

We recently purchased this house and wanted the crawl space mold removed due to my asthma and allergies. I used Angies List to compare companies. Spoke to several different ones but Nathan was by far the most helpful and informative. I could tell he absolutely knows his business. We had several other contractors working on the house after we purchased it. Clean Air Carolinas was the only one who did everything they said they would and on time. We are very happy with their work and the price we paid.

Nathan provided us with several options for remediation. His company did all of the work in a week's time. While they were working, they were neat and clean, removing all debris promptly from our property. When finished, he showed us our crawlspace and it looked clean and brand new. We now have peace of mind that our home is a healthy place to live.

Nathan and his team were extremely professional and enjoyable to work with. They were clean, performed excellent work and very reasonably priced. We had contacted a number of companies about removing the mold in our crawlspace. Nathan was the first one to return our call, the first one to inspect the property and the first one to provide us a quote. He gave us sound and fair advice. The company performed the work when they said they would. They were clean and thorough. We could not be happier and without a doubt would recommend Clean Air Carolinas to anyone who needed mold remediation.

They did a gret job of explaing what the problem was and how they would fix it. They were professionl ontime and offered a reasoible price.

So far it has been good. We did take a while to make the decision. They had the best price for the services we thought we needed. They were very prompt.

Our recent home purchase was a foreclosure, and the inspector discovered a large amount of mold and moisture in the crawlspace. The selling bank agreed to repair the damage and sent in a crew to do the work. The crew they sent in did a terrible job. Nathan with Clean Air Carolinas came out and inspected the work for free and called the Bank to let them know if the issues. After my realtor pressed them, the Bank agreed to hire Clean Air Carolinas. The difference was night and day. Clean Air came out and over the course of three days removed all the old insulation and other items from the crawlspace, sprayed and cleaned the entire area for mold, put up new insulation, installed a new vapor barrier and put in a new sump pump. The workers were punctual, friendly and ready to help. They even came inside to spray behind our fridge where some mold had grown up due to the previous owner's neglect. Although I did not have to pay out of pocket, I did see the quote for services to the bank, which was between 3,000 and 3,500. This was less than the 5,000 plus the bank's realtor said they were being quoted from other repair services. I would recommend this company to anyone and once we're settled and have our budget figured out, we are considering having a dehumidifier put in or having our crawlspace totally encapsulated to prevent further moisture problems.

After getting estimates we chose Clean Air because their scope of work seemed to cover the necessities without adding needless costs as some others tried to. The technicians showed up on time followed by the owner of the company who stopped by to check on the job. they actually ended up finishing sooner than estimated. We had heavy mold in the crawlspace but by the time they were finished it looked like brand new. I would recommend this company to anyone.
