Description of Work: High charges & recommended work that another provider said did not need to be done. Had no problems through 7/15 when we sold the house. They also did not call for service reminder even though I had a twice a year service agreement.

Upon reviewing your account we show that you did have your annual service on 10/14/2012 but there were no recommendations for repair work on the service ticket from the technician. We also reached out to your for your spring service in 2013 and our notes stated "Mr. [member name removed] asked to be taken off calling list, does not want SA - went with another company." We value each and every customer and would hope that if there were any issues that you would reach out to us. Unfortunately, we were not aware that you were not happy. Please call our office and we will work with you. We understand that the original service was almost 3 years ago but we want to ensure that every customer is taken care of regardless of time.
