Description of Work: Tier One installed a new Carrier Infinity Gas Furnace and Air Conditioner. | |The whole process was handled professionally and smoothy. Brad and Dave spent time evaluating my home and heating needs and then sent me four options/estimates to choose from. After they answered all my questions, I decided to go with the Infinity Gas Furnace. Mike and his team arrived at the appointed time and removed my old furnace and air conditioner and installed the new models in no time. They did a wonderful, efficient, and neat job and were very pleasant to work with. I love my new furnace -- the house is much warmer now and the furnace is very quiet and energy efficient which is a bonus!

Description of Work: I signed up for Angie's list paid the fee to get service by tier one heating and air . I call to set up a time for tier one to come out per Angie's list rep because he said that tier one would have all the info that I gave him I just had to set up time and date and I would not have to pay the full price because I paid them the pro rate price of a $109 dollars. So when I call tier one I was told that I could not get what I ordered which was a tune up special for heat and air because they were backed up which I understand that,how ever they could send someone out to do a diagnostic test to see what the problem was for $39.95 so we did that because I needed my unit working. Now they came out about a hour later with in 10 minutes he found the problem which was the igniter in the furnace. Now the problem I have is teir one charged me $301 dollars for that job plus he said that it would be $90.00 for the diagnostic test, but when I told him that the person I set this up with told me $39.95 he took that. I should only had to pay $201 and the $39.95 per Angie's List. So we're waiting for refund. (wow)

Description of Work: They came out to perform seasonal maintenance on our HVAC units as part of our yearly contract. We always have a great experience with Teir 1 and their techs are very knowledgeable.
