Wonderful!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: They were doing our semi-annual checkup on the HVAC system. Unfortunately, they were late for the appointment and I had to call to find out where they were. They should have called me. However, we did reschedule and everything went find the 2nd time.

Description of Work: HVAC check up and advise of upgrade. Initial checkup marked that the flue pipe was checked and OK. During follow up, the advisor immediately noticed that the flue pipe was actually rotted through and needed to be fixed. So, overall, not impressed with the initial inspection, but the follow up done by Dave Straub was very good and thorough. Dave took extra time to explain details to me and provide additional upgrade alternatives. Price for system upgrade also seems far superior to other quotes received and was well presented, showing all system components.

Description of Work: I had them check out 2 air conditioners that had not been serviced on a regular basis. I bought 2 deals from Angie's List to cover the cleaning. They did a great job. There was a problem with one of the air conditioners which they fixed while they were there. The whole process took a couple of hours.

Description of Work: Checked the heat pump. Checked the Freon levels. Did an external chemical cleaning. He noted that the contacts were pitted, but said that overall it seemed to be in good shape for an 8 year old unit.
