Employee was very polite and responsive. He was able to work on his own once I left the site. They were punctual with their appointment and did quality service. Problem was resolved at a reasonable cost.

Brad and his supervisor were very responsive to questions and concerns. I didn't get any "upsell" pressure which would have been a deal breaker for me. Brad came out and gathered our requirements and provided a competitive quote. In our comparison's of providers Tier One came in roughly $1000 less than another company offering identical brand units and about $750 more than another company with different brand comparable to Carrier. Overall in comparison of cost Tier One came in at the low-mid range of our many, many estimates. Our final decision rested on analysis of cost, equipment/work provided, Angie's list's reviews, and comfort level with the company. In the end we decided on Tier One and are happy with our choice. The technicians that came to install were extremely courteous of our home and time. They deserve to be acknowledged for their efforts. We ran into a couple of issues. The first due to a last minute change regarding a choice of thermostat because my wife didn't like the one I selected. This change resulted in a wiring issue the technicians had to resolve. They had to come back another day with proper parts to install the "better" thermostat but in the meantime got us working for a few days on a basic thermostat. The second issue is Tier One seemed to be a little delayed in registering the product with Carrier. If not registered the warranty is not as long. An email to Brad got this squared away. Overall I'm very happy with Tier One. I think Brad is awesome to work with and the company in general seems to be focused on meeting the customer needs at a fair price.

We are very grateful to have found this company. Dave came out to look over the system. Unlike other companies we have used, he heard what we needed and was willing to work with us to doctor up our current system rather than trying to simply push us to buy a new one. Very competitive estimate and the company honored it even though the work took a bit longer than they had expected. They are professional, trust-worthy, and we will call them for all of our future HVAC needs.

It worked out excellent and it was great service. What I like about them is the professionalism of the technician had and the reviews off of Angie’s List site. My interaction with them was excellent. They were very professional. The tune up was what I expected so I got exactly what I needed. They called me if not the same day, the following day to schedule the service.

The technician did an outstanding job with the inspection and cleaning of our two heat pump/ac units. I had several questions about the workings and maintenance of the heat pumps as I have had no experience with this type of heating/cooling systems. The technician was very helpful and took the time to share his valuable suggestions. I will be using Tier 1 for all of our heating/cooling needs.

He was very professional, gave me informed insight regarding both systems and voluntarily did a re-pricing of the service call to match the service rendered. Technician arrived on time and gave great service.

They were on time, the workers are so nice and kind and explain everything that they did and what to look out for in the future. The price in included the service for fall and spring without parts. So far, no complaints.

I called tier one first thing this morning when I woke up to a cold house. The representative at teir one said they were extremely busy however they would be out to my house in the afternoon. As promised, they showed up and were very professional. The tech, within 5 min diagnosed the problem. A frozen discharge line.. He thawed the line and the heat kicked back on. Over the last 3 years, I have received excellent service from Tier One and I have been meaning to write a review...

I cannot remember the date, but it was several years ago. There was poor communication from the office, but I believe they did an adequate job.

They have been very prompt and good. We have used them for a number of years now. The scheduling is very convenient, and they always show up in the time frame they give us. We have a maintenance contract with them. The technicians are very professional and explain what they are doing. They give us a good description on the status of our furnace and A/C unit. They have also been superb to work with.
