Description of Work: My air conditioner wasn't cooling and I contacted after hours. The person who called me back was very helpful and offered to come out but I declined to see if I could wait until the next day. The next morning Bridget called me to see if I still need to make an appt. Great Customer Service

Description of Work: I ordered the service I didn't hear back from the company When I did they said Angie's list didn't send them my phone number By then my AC unit had stopped working and I had to pay to have it fixed.

We take great pride in responding to our customers in a timely manner. We received notification that you purchased a diagnostic on August 28th, 2014, we(Tier 1 Heating & Air) wrote you a message back stating that only your address and name were given through the Angie's list message notification and we needed your telephone number to arrange for us to diagnose your a/c unit. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response back from you until September 8th, 2014 with a telephone number. We promptly called you back leaving a voice mail on September 8th. We have still not heard back from you and we would like to take care of your heating and a/c needs. We value you as a customer please call us so that we can ensure all your needs have been taken care of.

Description of Work: They changed our AC coil. It took two days to fix because there were complications. They did a great job and even though it took two days, they still stuck with the cost the quoted. Very thorough.

Thank you for your review. We value your customer feedback tremendously and we're very thankful for your business. In January, we performed a diagnostic to check your system due to no heat. Upon arrival the technician found that the heat pump had a bad condenser fan motor and that the unit also had a blown 50 amp fuse causing auxiliary heat not to work. He informed you that both the fan motor and fuse were available and the price of each. Your decision was to not replace the motor and only replace the fuse for auxiliary heat. After replacement the auxiliary heat was getting necessary voltage and not pulling amps. We serviced your unit and replaced the parts as instructed by you. Again, your feedback is extremely valuable. We will continue to commit to earn your business and make resolve with your experience with Tier 1 if possible.
