After dealing with dozens of contractors that I felt were unexperienced or trying to overcharge me-- I am finally satisfied to meet one that seems very good faith and determined to do the best work for his customers. Roger and his crew we very thorough and I will have them doing additional projects for me soon.

Roger and his crew were prompt, professional and highly skilled. It was clear to me that they wanted to make sure I was happy with the results of the project.. Roger made some suggestions about ways my deck would look even better. I took his advise and was very pleased. The price was very fair. I recommend them and I plan to use Specialty Home Improvement Inc. for future projects!!!

This company did a great job. The entire team is very professional. Any correction, change or additional work we felt needed to be done during the entire process we were able to verbalize and they were very willing to do them for us without hesitation. I have already and will recommend this company to family and friends in the future.

The job was to remove sections of a fence and to haul away that debris along with debris from other sections of the fence that had already been removed. I needed this done ASAP. They scheduled the job right away and did more than the prior contractor, including filling the holes. After they left, I realized they'd hauled away a tree limb for me too. Great job.

I had an emergency where I needed sub floor rot replaced before I could have new floors installed. Specialty Home Improvements was able to come out and quote me ASAP and start the job within a few days. They came out on a Sunday and completed the work. We were very satisfied.
