There wasB'dayd cracking in the kitchen wall and on the other side in the diningood, and in the master bedroom from poor drywall work done by prior homeowners. My handyman tried to repair but to no avail. Michael came by and immediately knew what had to be done which involved screwing down and securing the drywall and using higher grade tape to mask the seams on the drywall. He sparkled the worked on wall areas, let them dry, and he came back a day or so later to sand and paint. It looks beautiful and no more issues! I called Michael a second time this time in early May as the caulking between my masonite shingles was separating and in some places disintegrating. While another company decided I needed to have the entire house recalled and painted, Michael surmised there was exterior paint somewhere as he could tell the shingles on the exterior of the master bedroom wall had been painted within the last two years. Lo and behold there was a near full gallon and he did the repair work and paint. Also, his estimate to caulk and paint the entire house was very reasonable had that been the path to take. He knows his art and is professional, punctual, neat, follows though and is very reliable. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Mike came in to our short sale home and fixed it up. The major work was settlement cracks. I can't even tell where the cracks use to be. He also helped with nail pops. He was very nice an personable, I will definitely be using him again.

After I contacted Mike he came to the house and provided a detailed estimate of costs. We agreed upon a start date and he arrived as indicated. He and his crew took 2 days to do the prep work and two days to paint. This was as he had indicated. They were all pleasant and courteous and cleaned up the areas when finished. I am meticulous and I must say they did a very professional and thorough job!

Great! I had a an upstairs washing machine leak. I needed repair to my front room. He did the job to the full completion.

To start..A+++....My repair (or re-do ) A frame ceiling job was very difficult...Previous estimates said entire replace was required...at a price I could not justify (vs other requirements). I ask Mr. Scheleter if a repair could be done (at a risk)...He and his crew did the work and my wife and I were very satisfied. Would recommend without hesitation!

They arrived on time. Repaired the spots, made it smooth. Looked good when they left. No problems. We were satisfied.

Mike came to my house on a Saturday morning and finished the job in just over two hours. He cleaned up after he was done and there was no need to call him to come back. I was very pleased with his work.

Overall very satisfied. Started out with just an Angie's list coupon to do some dry wall repair and ended up with more painting - they had a good quote.

Mike was professional, really knew what he was doing and did a great job on various drywall work projects for the 3 hours allotted. I would not hesitate to use him again. It was absolutely money well spent!

It went very well, the actual repair took less time than I had paid for Mike graciously did some other painting. He was friendly and professional and I would use him again should the need arise.

Mike arrived on time and went straight to work. All places that were patched or replaced are smooth and ready to be painted. Mike was professional and worked diligently.

We purchased an Angie's List deal for 4 hours of drywall work for $99, which was applied to our quote. It was a little difficult to pin down a time for the work to begin, but he was prompt on all of the appointed times. It took a few visits to complete the work and there were a few areas that I had to touch up. All in all I was happy with the work that was performed and I would call them again if I need more drywall work completed.

I purchased the 3 hours for $99 deal. I called the contractor to set up a time to discuss my needs. The contractor returned my call a few days later and we discussed the work to be done and the shedule. He came a little late but with his line of work that is to be expected. I am a stickler for not having shoes in my house but he had the shoe guards on (big plus). He repaired a hole in the familiy room wall, several nail pops all throughout the house and acutally found a major issue with the sheet rock in my son's room which was quite extensive work. I am certain I would have paid at least $400 for the work performed. I found the contractor to be honest and efficient . I will use no one else if I need to have any drywall work performed in the future.

This was a difficult job requiring three coats, including sanding and an initial oil base primer. Their work was careful and neat. They were very accommodating working around our family and a construction crew.

Price was from an Angie list Big Deal. I had water damage and electrical work done that put several holes in the walls. They were able to patch, tape, and mud in the two hour window. They covered the work area and cleaned up after they were finished. I would hire them again.

Epic fail on my part for not calling them to schedule.

Michael was prompt, courteous and professional. All the work was done very well and he provided additional steps to perform once the putty had dried completely. Michael was also nice enough to stick around to give me a quote regarding some additional repairs and internal painting.

One hole was a result of a chronic leak from an upstairs bathroom which left areas of rotted wood and stained the surrounding ceiling. The other was a relatively neat hole left as access to a kitchen sink when it had a recurrent problem that was no longer occurring. Michael took great care to prevent any mess while working, completely restored everything, matching the areas to their surroundings. He also threw in a patch where my Irish Wolfhound puppy had eaten drywall. <g> There wasn't a trace of mess when he left. I was so happy with his work that I have hired him to do future painting in/on m home.

Mr Schleter was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job on the drywall repairs. He was only supposed to be here for 3 hours but stayed somewhat longer to make sure the work was done correctly. We have had him back since his first visit to do additional work for us. Again, his work was excellent and his prices very reasonable.

The service was great overall! They were polite, conscientious and were very neat. He did an excellent job.
