Our service was excellent! Patrick Smith was the company represenative who cleaned and stretched our carpets. He was extremely polite, courteous and efficient. We could not ask for any better service.

Rick was awesome! He called and scheduled a time and stuck to the schedule, and it was fast, efficient and well done. I have cats, and one of them had decided that the room transitions would make great scratching posts. Rick repaired the transitions to three rooms and a couple of other trouble spots on the stairs, and it looks good as new! And his pricing was more than fair. During these busy and chaotic times, it was an absolute pleasure to do business with Reisinger Carpet. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rick was great and did a great job, too. He came in on short notice to restretch nearly all the carpet in the upstairs of my home. Rick gave a fair and reasonable estimate on the phone and when he showed up, I had decided more work was required than originally discussed and he did the extra work at no extra charge. He went the "extra mile"; something you just don't see very often. I really appreciated his professional attitude. I phoned Ric and left a message. I needed to patch a carpet. He got back to me and was at my home within 10 minutes. He patched the carpet and it was very professionally done. The repair is not visible to the naked eye. Great job in matching a Berber type carpet. I highly recommend him for your next project.
