1. Order placed on 3/26/14. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. I mailed a check to pay the balance in full in April as I was told that if I paid the balance before the furniture arrived at the retailer, that would ensure that it would be promptly shipped to me. 2. Email from Diane Christensen (Sales Rep) on 4/25 ? acknowledged receipt of payment and now states that it could be up to 10 weeks for delivery 3. Email from Sales Rep on 5/5 - advised that the deap seating was scheduled to ship from the factory the week of 5/12 but the tables would be back-ordered until 6/10. She said they would split ship the furniture since the order was paid in full. 4. Email from Sales Rep on 5/21 ? advised that the tables would ship the week of 5/29 instead of 6/10/14 5. Email from Sales Rep on 5/21 ? advised that my deap seating had already been picked up. NOTE: I PERSONALLY SPOKE TO THE CARRIER ON 6/9 AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY PICKED UP THE ENTIRE ORDER ON 5/29. THIS IS CONTRADICTORY TO WHAT SHE TOLD ME IN THIS EMAIL AND THE EMAIL ON 5/5 REGARDING SPLIT SHIPPING. 6. Email from Sales Rep on 5/22 ? advised that she called the carrier and that the deap seating would ship the week of 6/2 but no later than the week of 6/9 7. Email from Sales Rep on 5/22 ? clarified that it was only the deap seating that would ship on the above dates because she could not schedule the tables until they arrived 8. Email from Sales Rep on 6/10 ? reply to my follow-up email on 6/9 ? advised that the carrier is planning a trip to IN for 6/16-6/23 9. Partial shipment delivered on 6/27/14 - missing 2 table tops (part number 03920). The 9 Cushions did not have welting per my order 10. Email from Sales Rep on 6/30 ? Confirmed that I had ordered and paid for the upgraded welted cushion. She said they would reorder but the factory was closed for the week due to the holiday. She would get more info on Monday 7/7 on the lead time for the replacement cushions. 11. Email to Sales Rep on 7/2 ? asked if the table top shipped as I was hoping it would arrive before 7/4 so I could use it over the holiday weekend. Also, asked for the tracking number. 12. Email from Sales Rep on 7/2 ? she said she sent the paperwork to the warehouse on Monday so they received it on Tuesday and should ship on Wednesday, 7/3. 13. Email to Sales Rep on 7/2 ? asked if they would overnight the table top to me. Reply from Sales Rep - ?Yes!? they would overnight the table top to me. 14. Email from Melanie McClure on 7/2 ? she sent the tracking number. 15. Email to Melanie McClure on 7/2 ? ?Thank you. Just to confirm ? this is coming in the overnight mail, correct?? She never did respond to me. 16. Voicemail to Sales Rep on 7/3 ? I checked the tracking number and found that the tabletop was not going to arrive before July 4th as it had not been shipped overnight. See below. It is now Monday, July 7th and I still don?t have any tabletops. 17. They finally delivered one end top on 7/7/14. 18. I am still missing 1 End Top and have no ETA. I was told I would be receiving replacement cushions but now only casings. I have to assemble the tables myself and that was supposed to be included. Owner has refunded $400 but that was before all the other mistakes happened. Owner now states he will not refund any more money even though the mistakes continued to happen. When reviewing the events of last week while the owner was on vacation, he responded to me that ?Life is a b****.? Initially I thought the employees did not share the owner's vision and weren't concerned about growing his business. In light of all these events and the owner's response, they apparently do share the same vision. Customer Service is obviously not a high priority for them and from the owner's response to me, they don't seem to find lack of professionalism and choice of words offensive to others.
