Tracy was young, very nice and we thought she was on the ball. We were looking forward to working with her and decided to hire her for the job. I sent her the deposit of $450.00 on December 18, 2012. Since then it has been impossible to get in touch with her. I’ve sent her e-mails and finally got a message saying her server was down. I decided not to work with her since getting in contact with her was difficult and she was not very responsive. I finally got ahold of her on her private number on February 8th and she was surprised I called that number. I informed her I no longer wished to work with her and requested she return my deposit. She acted concerned and asked for me to reconsider, but at this point I plan to get the work done by someone else. The check has already cleared, but she told me she would send me my deposit back. I have yet to receive my deposit and I have tried getting in contact with her several times since. It has been about 1 month since we last spoke and I’m worried I will not be getting my money back.
Description of Work: She came out to the home we are getting ready to move into to give us an estimate.
