Itâ s seldom I find true craftsmen. Iâ m so happy I called TSDG. First pane of glass broken in shipment. Second pane was 1/8â too big. Four trips to my home extra material and he didnâ t ask for a penny more than his quote and when I told TGDG I insisted he take and addition $100 he resisted until I insisted. Craftsman ship and integrity. We are customers for life.

Robert came at appointed time. Set up a tall ladder to inspect my foyer window, take measurements and ordered a replacement. Window came in a few weeks later and Robert came on a Sunday morning per my request and removed and installed new window in 35 mins. Robert’s work was clean and efficient. Very nice polite gentleman. Mr. Robert is amazing! Im a GM of a restaurant so my work schedule is pretty hectic, and Robert worked with my schedule, and even came later in the evening to accommodate me. He doesn t use a 3rd party to cut his glass so instead of having to wait 3-4 weeks for the glass to be cut for my window it only took about 10 days. He was friendly, quick, and did an amazing job. And I couldn t beat his price. After calling 3-4 other bigger companies and being given estimates double what Roberts was, I m so thankful I found him!
