Our service department is the largest and most experienced in the area. We have emergency service available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and on holidays. The maintenance department performs semi-annual tune-ups on your comfort system when it is convenient for you. Our comfort consultants can meet with you at your convenience to discuss your unique comfort system needs. After a thorough analysis they will make a recommendation that is right for you. Description of Work: Called and explained our ac was blowing out warm air. They sent a very friendly and professional service tech out that reviewed several potential issues and decided my system just needed a recharge (low on refrigerant) . After the charge instantly felt the difference and relief. .

Description of Work: Company came out to diagnose an issue with my air conditioning unit. Was supposed to advise me asap of what they thought the issue was, give me a price to correct, etc. I was told, via my daughter, approximately what may be the problem, and never heard back from the company. They were supposed to contact me with a price/recommendation for what work would be done. About a month later, I get a bill for the "quote" visit.

This customer called us on Monday April 25. She was told it would be Tuesday afternoon before we could get there. We called her on Tuesday to confirm and she never called back to confirm. We never went to her house and there was never a bill issued for this call. And we never did a quote for work to be done.
