He came in and did a quote for me. Everything met with the quote. The quote was very reasonable. He lived up to his ratings.

Called this person for an estimate on drain replacement. Said he would stop by to see the job and get back with me - I never heard from him again. The job was a typical drain replacement in an older home in area he worked. It was slack of him to never reply.

Guy arrived promptly for both the estimate and work. When we walked through areas that needed to be worked on he had suggestions which turned out better than our options and also provided cost savings. He arrived on time to complete work and we are extremely satisfied. Worked was performed under the estimate which is always good news. We will definately use him on any and all future plumbing needs.

He made some suggestions that were less expensive than what I anticipated. When we needed to install the toilet, he told me what to look for and how much that would be which I found useful. There was a issue that he had to come back for but he was prompt.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They are very responsive.

Guy was great from start to finish. Of all the plumbers we spoke to over the phone, he asked more questions to gain information on the problems, and appeared to be more knowledgeable than the rest. When he arrived to do the assessment he was very prompt, professional, and thorough. Guy and his team completed the service quickly and efficiently. Guy performs quality work at a fair price and we will use him again if the need arises.

He's a nice guy. He always comes when I call him. His prices are reasonable and he never leaves a mess. The job went perfect.

He was on time and friendly. He got right down to business and finished the job.

Had a toilet that was leaking into the bowl and the water was constantly running. Called Mr Hardy on Friday morning to set up a service call. He confirmed I had another working bathroom then said he would call me the following Monday to tell me when he could come. He called end of day on Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday. He arrived on time, replaced the parts and was finished in about 20 minutes. Have had no problems with the toilet since.

It was a great experience. I called Mr. Harty and left a message explaining my problems. He called me back quickly, and set up an appointment for the next morning. He was prompt, professional, and the price was right. I would definitely call him in the future and recommend him highly.

He seemed to know what he was doing, showed up on time, and had a workman with him who worked very hard.

He is very competent. He really knows his stuff. He isn't cheap, but I think the price is fair for the quality of work.

.He did a great job and I was very happy with the service. I was told by other plumbers that I would have to replace the toilet but he fixed it which saved me a lot of money.

To say that Mr. Harty was fast was an understatement. I left a message on his answering machine; and he returned the call within 5 minutes. Ten minutes later he was working on my problem. Within 40 minutes the new turn-off valve was installed; and he will be returning to work on installing a new shut-off valve to the main line. With Thanksgiving coming shortly, I had to have this done immediately, and he responded quickly, professionally and was a lifesaver for me. I have used his services previously and was as satisfied that time as this time. His phone number is front and center for me now.

He was able to respond very quickly in a somewhat emergency situation, I had another project going on at the same time and the leak was interrupting that project. When he arrived he was not able to fix the issue immediately, but he came back at a mutually convenient time, and the job ended up being less that the original quote and he was able to do it in the time frame he had originally promised.

Communicated well on phone. Came to house to inspect and evaluate problem. Told me when he could do the job, and did it when he said he would.

I made the appointment and he was there on time and did the work without going back and forth with estimates. He completed the job in a little over an hour and it was flawless. The charge was reasonable and I would have paid double of what he charged and been happy not to have to deal with the headache of a DIY. Guy is very professional. Highly recommend Guy Harty.

Guy responded to my call right away and came the next morning right on time.We had a jammed disposal and thought that we would need to replace it. Guy checked it and found that a nail had fallen in, causing the mechanism to jam. He cleared it in about 5 minutes! I then asked him to fix the water connection for our new refrigerator, which the installers were not able to complete. Again, Guy had the new hose attached in about 10 minutes. It is a pleasure to have such a professional person available to help in times of need. And, I also learned that he is a fellow Marine. Semper Fi, Guy!

No problem, cut one hole and fixed it and recommended someone to fix the sheetrock.

Time is very important to me due to my busy work schedule. Guy was very prompt and finished in approximately one hour. I was extremely surprised when he informed me the job was complete.

It always seems to be an emergency when I call on Guy. First I was having a new washing machine installed and neither the repair men nor I could figure out how to turn the hot water off. So, I called Guy in the hope that he could direct me. He was near by and so stopped in to do that. But there were still problems as some of the pipes were very old. So the next day he also came in to take out the old and install new pipes in that area. The, two weeks later the hot water heater died. Guy came out the day I called, took out the old heater and replaced it the next day. The electrical breaker kept tripping and when the electrician I usually use didn't return my call for a few hours, Guy happened to call to check in and recommended a friend of his. Everything was repaired quickly and efficiently. He's always easy to deal with, friendly and informative.

I will ONLY USE Guy P Harty Plumbing from now on. A. It's 10:00am and I just found water leaking out of my water heater! B. I wasn't a member of Angie's list so I called a friend who had a friend who knew a plumber so I called him. My experience started out bad with my first plumber choice.(not in Angie's list). He showed up an hour late (it's now 2PM) to and quot;look at the joband quot; and immediately informed me that: 1. He'd be back by and quot;around noonand quot; next day to start the work. 2. He wanted half up front to start the job and 3. He would NOT be replacing my copper pipe with copper but would use PVC and quot;cause copper is too expensive anymoreand quot;. That's when I and quot;informedand quot; him that I wouldn't be using his services. Didn't like him or his attitude. C. My neighbor told me about Guy Harty from some work he did for him last year and said to call him that he was real happy with his work. So I called Guy and he showed up within the hour to check the situation. He said he could be back at 8AM to do the job. I asked him if he would be using replacement copper piping or PVC. He stated and I quote, and quot;You have copper so copper piping is what I'll useand quot;. Some fly by nights out here will convert it to PVC but that ain't rightand quot;. SOLD! and quot;Start the joband quot;, I said. Next morning at, yep, 8AM he showed up with all his tools, equipment, pipe, new water heater and started. He also had to install a new expansion valve (code upgrade) and also showed me a leaking water valve that he would replace. I am VERY HAPPY with Guy P Harty's work and highly recommend him. (He's an ex Marine and that ain't bad either!) PS: I joined Angie's list specifically to post this report but now I'm a member and will stick around.

He was able to fix all the issues. He supplied me with a number for someone to come out and help me with my bathroom drain which needed more extensive snaking. There is nothing to dislike about him. He showed up on time, got right to work, and he told me exactly what needed to be done. He could have told me anything about the cause of the toilet leak and I would have believed it. He was so honest and great in all respects of his work. It was a holiday and the only time I could get off and he did not charge holiday rates. I would not even think of using another plumber in the future. I would recommend him to anyone. He is honest, courteous, and a great plumber.

Arrived early and completed task in the time expected. Checked other plumbing items and gave recommendations. Guy was very professional and did an outstanding job. I will recommend his services to all my friends and family.

Guy told me that he does not do this, but recommended Voight Drain Cleaning. I called Kenny at Voight, and the problem was solved in under 10 minutes. This is an excellent example of how quality craftsmen work only with other equally qualified craftsmen! Many thanks, Guy and Kenny!
