Description of Work: Maintenance on my ac and furnace. They come twice a year. Company I have always used is Mitchell Heating and Cooling which has been bought by Berico. This next visit will be Berico.

We also had a service call to check our other old system, and the serviceman was great. You never realize how great it can be until you find the right people to do the work. Berico was the company and the crew I have been looking for and couldn't find previously.

Description of Work: They checked the entire A/C system last year. At the start of this summer the system was freezing up. I knew that usually indicated dirty filters, or low on Freon. |We put new filters in, checked for any blockages. Still freezing up. Called an HVAC person on Craigslist. Come to find out, the man from Berico left the caps loose where you put the freon in. Very disappointed. Will not use again.

Description of Work: Repair of an air conditioning unit in a rental house. The diagnosis was quick and seemed fair, the proposed solution made sense, and the work was done promptly. The price was well in line with the work done and thus far the results have been excellent. Berico has installed one full unit and maintains several other systems for me and I have been completely satisfied with ther work and their pricing. | |I am so pleased with their work on rental units that I have turned over maintenance of our home to them as well.

Description of Work: Summer check up & switched our heating/cooling unit to AC. Cleaned it up and gave it a going over. Also checked filters in the house. Very nice, personable gentleman

Description of Work: Replaced fan motor and performed yearly maintenance on both air conditioners. Technician was knowledgable and efficient. | |Understandably, Berico had initially rescheduled yearly maintenance in order to make emergency repairs for other customers. I soon become one of those customers when my fan motor broke and am grateful for their timely response.

Description of Work: Underground oil tank had water leaking in. I purchased an annual service contract that covered the oil tank. Rather than replacing underground tank, they replaced it with an above ground tank. Would have preferred they replaced underground tank, but so far, it hasn't happened.

Description of Work: Replace HVac and thermastat. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Helped when heater wasn't working- very responsive to customers situation! Would use again! Office staff great on phone, too!
