They are very good at what they do, I would recommend them, but there price is to high.

I certainly recommend them. Their price was right, professionalism was good. They have been servicing both units annually for me. I have been very happy with them for all these years.

We have a 70 year old oil furnace which heats an apt bldg with 4 units...it was in dire need of attention and repair. Considering the age of the furnace and the enormous bills we had been having, that was remarkable.

The service man was punctual, courteous, professional and thorough. Who could ask for more?

I called the company two weeks ago to see if they had a showroom where I could view some gas logs. I was told that it was by appt. only and the lady who made the appointments was on another call. I left my name and number and asked to be called back. I am still waiting for that call.

Berico was the third company we called but the only company who could come out the same day. I asked for a phone call when the technician was getting close to the house as I was at work. Rod Jones called, asked if 30 minutes was enough time for me to get home, and we wound up arriving there at the same time. Rod was very professional and friendly, even on the hottest day of the year. He discovered that it was simply a tripped breaker' however, he took the time to explain to me how that is a symptom of a bigger problem and that the repair work done by another company 8 months ago was not quite up to par. Once the unit was blowing cool air, Rod asked if he could check the attic and drip pan to ensure that the ceiling wouldn't flood. I great appreciate him taking the extra step to check the attic (where it was HOT!!!)

The Berico technicians were extremely professional, careful, courteous, yet friendly. I could not be happier or more impressed. I would give them my highest recommendation

The service went well. Technician identified a problem with an old central A/C unit, quoted a reasonable price to fix the problem The technician ordered the part and suggested a date it would arrive for installation and quoted a price for the repair. The repair was completed on time and and the charge was less than the original quote.

Took a very long time to complete all 3, but he did a great job. We will use them again.

It seemed to be okay. As far as I can tell everything seems to be working fine and the interactions with them was good. I probably spent $20 more just so I could get their silver package which is upgrade, and they would certify it just to make sure if there is anything else. I did this with my AC with them as well for both my heating and cooling on their silver plan as well.

Everything went fine through the inspection and cleaning until a week later when the weather turned and we fired up the heat. One of the heat pumps never worked again. We called them back and they said there was no coolant in the unit - that the seal had broke from old age. Probably from when it was jostled around as they cleaned and inspected it. It would now cost us upwards of $700 to fix it or we could replace it. I understand that an old seal could give out in a situation like that (the unit was fairly old) but it would have been nice to have been warned that this was a possibility. We had them give us a quote but it was substantially higher than the other two that we received. We ended up having everything replaced - the two heat pumps and a gas furnace/AC unit by another company.

Was their customer for 28 years. Built a new house and contractor used his company.Would recommend them to anyone! Great co.!

We purchased York Affinity A/C & gas furnace. Berico took out old system including ductwork & installed all new. They were great on explanation of work to be done, work was performed efficiently, and they cleaned up well afterwards. There were a couple of minor items that did not pass inspection initially. Berico came back & made corrections then inspected again. The inspector came up with one more item, which Berico corrected immediately. And we passed inspection. Again, these were minor items to suffice the city's requirements. Berico did great!

I use the special plan they offer. I don't have to worry about not having fuel.

I would give him an A+ for everything. I would recommend him to anyone. He didnt try to talk over my head or anything like that.

The service technician Mr. Kenneth Case, called in route to my home. He arrived and with a kind and friendly manner, worked in the dark, by flashlight (due to the fact that my back porch lighting was not working) and on the cold wet and snowy ground he accessed the problem then made the minor repairs and with a few firing attempts had my unit's pilot light firing up and the fan blowing the desired warmth throughout my home after my being without any heat for a full 24 hrs. on one of the triad's coldest days on record for this winter season. The cost of this job was based on the $85.00 diagnostics fee and the additional cost of $57. 24 for the cleaning of the "crossovers" to allow my unit to ignite and fire up properly when lit by the pilot light's flame. I am not very mechanically savvy, but this is how I understood this to have been the underlying cause for my unit's to have been experiencing the problem that was, and it was really keeping me frozen on that long cold day too. My system seems to be running a bit quieter than it did prior to having this visit from "The Berico Man) and I am satisfied at this time!

I have an annual contract for maintenance service on my gas furnace and I plan to purchase one on the air conditioning system, too.

Went fine until over pressurized the boiler and burst a pipe. They took care of it.

The service was good. I have not used them before. I liked that he was on time and he got the job done pretty quickly. He gave us some advice on how to keep the filters clean and how often to change them. We had no issues since the service was provided.

Berico offers the best customer service of any company I've ever used. They actually care about their customers. Everyone I've talked to at Berico is friendly and willing to help.
