Berico, has serviced my ac and heating system. They always do a great job.

They never showed up or called back. Rotten customer service!!!

I was very satisfied. Their response was quick. They discussed solutions with me and we picked the best for me. The technicians were great. Oh, and the problem was fixed.

They didn't do it. The guy argued with me as to what I want. I'm not impressed

Outstanding product and installation. Competent, professional, friendly technicians. Might not be the cheapest vendor, but you get what you pay for! Better, in the long run, is cheaper. Berico is now my go-to HVAC company.

On May 28, 2018 Angie's List notified me that Berico Fuels Inc. requested a review from me regarding a service call they made on December 5, 2014. On that day, one of their technicians came to work on my gas logs, which were not working. After 40 minutes, he could not get the logs to light and speculated that the unit's valve could be defective. He suggested that one of his co-workers come out soon to give me an estimate for replacing the valve or the entire fireplace insert. I paid for the service call, but declined his suggestion. Some months later, an experienced technician from a different company came out and re-wired the unit, which has worked well since then.

Berico was on time and very helpful. Our service tech answered all of my questions and the job was completed in a timely manner.
